Low power

Instructions stated to use crushed ice. Even using crushed ice and frozen fruit, this unit, even after trying several times would not properly blend. I was left with bits of ice. Could not get a completely smooth blend.

After fully charging this every night, it wouldn’t even turn on, when it somehow finally did after trying 10 times it didn’t blend very good. Luckily, I got a refund

i love it i use it to make my protein drinks and i use frozen fruit and it blends perfectly .

So I wanted a travel blender to take on the go. I decided to give this one a try I wish I would have checked the reviews before I bought it I would have saved money, time and product. I received this blender on 2/24/23 I charged it and tried it the next day only was to find out it was trash. It didn’t want to come on and the little water that I put in there leaked everywhere. So I checked to see if it had a seal or if it needed to be tightened and I did all of that still leaked. Plus the cover for the charging port would not seal. Once I did get it to come on to blend powder and water nothing solid it would not move so I did what the instructions said to do if the blades was stuck. It said to shake it to get it unstuck. The bottom line is I paid $40 for a shaker that I could have gotten from Walmart. On top of that I wasted my shake powder.Do not waste your money.

Took a while to figure out how to use. Start button has to be presses 3 or 3 times. After 5 uses it didnt run again. Not surer if it broke or if I am not pressing the button the correct sequence but anyway it's in the trash now. Next time I will get one with a 120 volt motor. I use it in hotels and wanted one that would be easy to pack.
