Waaay to big!

So I’m sure these would work out great but I had to return once I saw the size. They are way too big for a child painting job even an adult lol. No single child would use that much paint per cup. I would assume it would be great for classrooms or painting a wall in your home because they’re just that big. Other than that they’re really cute and functional, just too big for tiny artist (1-4) and the ledge of an art easel.

Life Saver!

I am obsessed with these cups!!! I think they are just so clever and innovative! I just absolutely love them! I bought them for my 2 yr old who just loves to paint for hours on daily basis, and having to constantly take out constantly different kind of containers and dirty them up and clean them up and having them spill everywhere all the time ALL over my house just wasn't cutting it anymore! So I though there had to be a solution so I found these on Amazon, and within minutes made the purchase- I did not hesitate because I loved the idea of these cups and Melissa & Doug hardly disappoints me. Well, when I received these in the mail I loved them even more!!!! I was very impressed with their quality, they are very sturdy and not flimsy or cheap at all- phenomenal durable quality! And OMG- these are dishwasher safe - how clever is that! I love it when companies try to make our lives a little easier- so how thoughtful of them! :) First of all I love their size- they are perfect not too small not to big, they hold a descent amount of paint so my daughter can really paint for few hrs and the cup will last her that one day, even if not the 2nd day--- and yes she can use the same cup the next day because these bad boys have snap on lids on them for an air tight seal- so the paint can stay there and be safe without completely drying out or spilling....and if they do dry up (depending on the consistency of the paint mixture you made) I just add some water to bring it back to life- so no biggy. These cups have a very clever design that when they tip over they don't spill everywhere- what a life saver!!! I love that these are 4 different colors so that we can put the paint color that coordinates with the color of the cup. These cups also go very well with the Melissa & Doug Jumbo Paint Brushes (set of 4)--- and you coordinate the colors of the brushes with the paint cups as well. My daughter is 2 yrs old so she loves to coordinate things now- so that a little fun learning/educational aspect of the product as well. Over all I adore these cups and recommend them for everyone to grab a set for their little artists! I will definitely buy another set for grandparents house when they go visit- especially considering their price I can afford to have 2 sets!

A paint cup that WORKS (comparison to Chenille Kraft)

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I have had these for 7 years now and they still work as well as the first day I got them. None of my kids have managed to break them. I purchased this set of four paint cups after being dissatisfied with a set of 10 paint cups made by Chenille Kraft. While the Melissa and Doug paint cups are more expensive (1.88 vs. 1.12 each)they are also much higher quality. Pros: - screw on lid will not pop off - cap makes airtight seal that keeps paint from drying out! - slightly larger volume Cons: - more expensive than competitors I was very unsatisfied with the design and construction of the Chenille Kraft paint cups. The snap on lids didn't all fit right and the caps didn't make an airtight seal which lead to the paint drying out. They are cheap, but you will only want to use them if you are going to clean them out after each use. The Melissa and Doug paint cups have a solid design and construction. This means that I can store paint in the cups until it is used up. You don't have to worry about the lids popping off when they are dropped or squeezed. Great product. See my video for a hands on comparison. With these paint cups I use Crayola Artista II Washable Tempera Paint and the Chenille Kraft Preschool Paint Brush Assortment (I have reviewed those products too). They are a great combination. I buy the paint in the 16oz bottles here on Amazon; you get a lot of paint for the money. My kids love the assortment of 24 brushes from Chenille Kraft and you can have a big and a small brush for each color of paint so you don't have to worry about washing them out until the end. Leak proof works

Even though this is leak proof I feel you can't leak proof toddler. My 3 year old makes it a point to turn it upside down and pour paint out. So if you have a toddler who loves to create mess anyway this isn't gonna help. But this is leak proof under normal circumstances

Efectivamente, son recipientes que están elaborados para que no se derrame la pintura o, al menos, para que sea más difícil. El tamaño es grande lo cual me parece excelente. Están muy padres. Los recomiendo ampliamente.
