Good basic socks from a great brand.

While the colors and patterns are a little different, overall these are great "everyday" socks. I don't wear them to work with my boots, but I do change into them after work. I wear Merrell mid and low boots with these and never have any issues. Size is true - I wear 11 in shoes.

Nice basic socks

These socks are very good, and I like that a trusted name like Merrell is paying attention to current concerns and selling items made out of recycled textiles. The cushioning and support throughout the foot is perfect. If you walk or hike a lot you will find these socks ideal because they offer a lot of foot support while still giving cushion. My only complaint is that the tube part of the sock that goes up over the ankle seems excessively narrow, and I say that as someone who has very narrow ankles and calves. The socks themselves fit me exactly right, so this isn’t a sizing issue; it’s more that the socks don’t have a whole lot of stretch up through the tube of the sock, which makes that part much tighter than I expected. While I still found wearing these socks pretty comfortable during the day, these wouldn’t be my choice to wear overnight. I also can’t imagine anyone with larger than average calves finding these socks - or at least the size I got, which was exactly right through my foot (which is NOT narrow) even remotely doable or comfortable. Four stars since I like everything else about the socks, and I still recommend these, but with reservation over the narrow and tight tube portion of the socks.

Really cozy and I love the colors.

The design is somewhat athletic, the colors are bold and bright, and the fabric feels soft and squishy. These are some of my more favorite socks for being on my feet all day. They are as comfortable to me as much more expensive athletic socks. They feel like a nice hug for my feet.the eggplant colored ones are my favorite.

Excellent everyday, casual socks

Size chart: These socks have a lot of stretch to them, so as long as you're in the ballpark sizing wise, you'll be fine. Cushion: These socks are thick casual socks. Wicking: Considering these socks are more casual than performance oriented, the wick fairly well. Comfort: These socks are among the most comfortable I own, and I own a lot. Bottom line: These are great casual socks. 5 stars

Comfortable moisture wicking hiker socks!

Merrell has been one of my go-to manufacturers for years and these socks are the top quality that I've come to expect. These have a comfortable shape with support in the places where socks wear out the fastest. I specifically chose these socks because there is no cotton in them, only quick drying synthetic materials. Feet get damp and getting them dried off is critical to foot comfort and health. Perfect sock for a comfortable weather day, and they also work well as a liner inside of big wool socks and heavy boots for the cold winter days. Colors were nice shades of blue and brown. I liked 5/6 of the patterns. One pattern was just a white sock with the Merrell 'M' all over it. Won't have much use for that one but over all very happy with the whole package. Top quality socks!
