No arch support

The shoe is light and cushioned in the front and back. No no arch support to help feet fit secure inside.

Terrible on your heals

These shoes made my heals turn in. I run 4 miles a day and the first time I wore these shoes I had to walk home. I wish I would have tried them on earlier because I would have returned them. I have worn Mizuno shoes for 20 plus years and never have had a problem.

Bottom poor grip

The grip on these are slippery on a treadmill or flooring of any type. I constantly have to worry that I'm going to slip! I would not order again!
