Great small hand towel holder

Great small sturdy hand towel holder. Bought 3 so kids each have their own hand towel.

After using a cheap toilet paper holder, this one feels like luxury. It was so easy to install and feels extremely sturdy.

Make sure you put your holes and the right spacing apart

I only gave it four stars because the instructions that come with this are the same ones they send in the toilet paper holder or the towel bar rack so I accidentally use the template for the toilet paper rack and I'm now having to patch these holes it does match the same finish faucet really well unfortunately most hand towels will need to be folded up more than once to fit on this narrow bar of about 6 in. Yes I was stupid in thinking about some woman and a 15-minute job turned into a pain in the butt with 3 layers of filler and primer and paint and hopefully I can make it look good. Read the instructions first or else why don't they just send the instructions for the exact part you buy.

The Genta line is handsome

I purchased this hand towel bar, along with the toilet tissue holder & the single faucet. They are very attractive & look great in my half bath. My contractor perhaps was a hair off in setting the two posts, as the bar in between is a bit loose, but it is not a big deal. It's not going anywhere & the towel completely camouflages the error. I am very pleased with the line.

Beautiful but lacks quality

This looks so good and I get many compliments on it. It not durable though and the arm doesn’t line up with the base anymore after only a handful of toilet paper change outs.

Nice looking!

Easy to install. Looks great because it matches our faucet and toilet roll holder. The towel bar has a bit of a rattle to it though because of its design.

Came damaged twice

I ordered this item twice. The first time I received half the product in the box. It was an obvious return and completely useless. I ordered again and there was a big dent on one of the pieces. Never again will I order Moen products from Amazon.
