My son said he likes the reg scooters

So, we were having problems with reg scooters wheels always hitting bumps and rocks cracks in the sidewalks etc that makes the tiny wheels on scooters not work well like he will fall over....so I thought this scooter would be cooler because it has bike like wheels which would prevent that....it does however my 7yr old says it doesn't ride the same and wants a reg one....ugh....

No Glide - slow

In theory I thought this would be a good scooter for my 10 year old. However, with bike tires there is no glide. This is not a “fast” scooter and you will have to consistently work to keep it moving. Pros would be the deck length and handle bar height.

Great Little Scooter

This scooter is perfect for a growing child. It’s adjustable for a wide array of heights. It is very sturdy and comfortable. The only drawback is that it probably is not solid enough for trick riding.

Well made budget scooter best for kids

For a kid, this would be an awesome scooter. The shock absorbers and pneumatic wheels are nice features. It's sturdy. It folds easily. An adult who uses a scooter frequently will probably want something more costly, although this scooter can handle an adult. The limitation for an adult is that the maximum height of the handlebars is a bit on the low side if you're six feet or higher. Also given the extra weight of an adult, the bearings on the wheels are a bit too much on the budget side. You'd want a scooter that has better bearings so you can roll more and push less. For occasional adult use, this would be perfectly fine.

Smooth ride and easy to fold

I mess around with a larger Razer scooter now and then, but nothing extreme. The Mongoose definitely rides smoother and the brakes work well. The kickstand is a nice-to-have. My Razer is older and doesn't have a kickstand. It might be silly, but the thing I like most about the Mongoose Elevate scooter, is how easy it is to fold back and forth. I'm always fighting with the Razer to get it folded and unfolded, but the Mongoose is quick and easy.

Nicely made

Arrived nicely packaged. This kick scooter is awesome. It is nice and rugged, very well made. This can be used for a nice fun time. It has some nice heavy duty tires and is a very smooth ride. My kids love using this scooter. It is a nice stylish color. This would be a great gift for any kid or adult.

This is a hit in my house

This is a hit in my house! My daughter (age 6) zooms around the house with this scooter. The tires are air filled and super quiet on the floor. There is a spring and provides some cushion on bumps. The handles are narrower and adjustable to pretty tall but not tall enough for a tall adult. It folds up nicely and has a kick stand. The breaks work well. Really nice Scooter!

Fun to ride

Fun and fast scooter for a nice ride. I had to air up the tires to adjust weight, but was perfect for the kid and me the parent as well.
