Prepare to scrub

This product worked as advertised. Easy to use, but I needed two applications and had to scrub with a stiff broom to get the desired results. Please note, the product has to be weak enough to not harm other surfaces and the environment plus pets. This product worked well and in my situation needed a little "elbow grease." Don't be a wimp!

Product works great!

This product worked very well on my 2 story house with vinyl siding. It gets very moldy and mildewy on two parts of my house. I always thought the solution was pulling out my electric power washer and slowly cutting through the crud by working the washer wand about an inch away from the surface. Yeah, that worked well but you can only go so high on the wall even if using a ladder (which is NOT a wise thing to do). What's great about this product is that you can use your normal garden hose and even with my somewhat weak water pressure the product does pretty much shoot up to the 2nd floor. I did end up disconnecting the bottle and attaching my standard hose handle when rinsing the soap off the siding after waiting the required 10 minutes. I thought my hose gun provided a little more strength for the rinsing. Stubborn spots will require at least 2 washings but be patient, the gunk does come off. My garage was especially stubborn and it was still very streaky with the mold and mildew after the 1st wash and I thought I was finally stumped while using this soap. Even after the 2nd wash there were stubborn spots and I was sure I was finally defeated. I sprayed it for a 3rd time, waited inside for the 10 minutes, came out and it was all finally gone. It dripped away before I even rinsed it. My house has never been this clean in the 17 years I've lived here. Honestly the siding looks brand new. I remember 2 years ago a power washing guy was going to charge us $400 to do two sides of my house. I did the job yesterday for the $30 or whatever for the 2 bottles needed. There's no way he would have gotten the house any cleaner. I'm really so thrilled with this stuff. Just knowing I won't have to go through all the hassle with my power washer anymore is a great relief. Again, standard garden hose with not so great water pressure and I was still able to get the job done. My gutters look almost new as well. I wasn't even focusing on them. Try this product. Believe me, the pro power washers DON'T want you to try this on your house.

Good

I had trouble with the spout and twist thing but I had used this same Brand but I think it had different packaging - anyways the first one I used seem to work much better and with only one coat. This one I had to do several coats and I still need to get more to finish

Cleaned in one application

Easy to use system that worked with only one application. The 64oz jug was only good for half of my 2 story home , but the results were much better than I expected. Can't get any simpler but spray it on, wait 10 minutes and rinse it off. Naturally I bought a 2nd jug to finish the job.

Effective, with scrubbing

My siding looks great after using this product, but I definitely needed to scrub. It is advertised as working without any scrubbing, which is why I only gave it 3 stars. If you don't mind a little extra work, it does a nice job.

This stuff is great

I was told about this product when I was looking for someone to power wash my camper. Connected it to the garden hose…. Sprayed it on, washed it off. Amazing stuff. I saw where someone used a sprayer to apply to a camper, let sit 10 minutes then hose off. Which would have been easier to do. I loved it so much, got a 2nd bottle for the future.

This stuff worked amazing on my vinyl sided eaves

Simple spray on with good distance reach from hose, dissolved all the green on my siding with one application and 10 min wait before rinse. I did use a pressure washer but from ground distance so it was more of a high pressure rinse. I believe a hose pie and nozzle would perform the same

Still need to brush vinyl if heavy mildew.

Not much better than chlirine plus tsp as I still need to brush to remove heavy mildew, which accumulates quickly on vinyl siding. Do not buy vinyl siding!
