Direct fit for rzt50 mower deck adjustment.
Direct replacement. I bought 2 because the metal alloy looks weak on the ends. Local mower stores said 5 days on average before they'd have the part and cost was a few bucks more. After I hung up with last place I just clicked the order button here and had it in 2 days. On the cub cadet rzt50, as others have mentioned, this is the mower deck height adjustment cable not the brake cable. This part is a big pain to replace. Considering this part looks like it could break often you would think they'd make it easier to replace.

Just what my mower needed.
Our White Outdoors 42" zero turn deck cable snapped while mowing and while we tried to find a cable through local suppliers, nothing was in stock locally so Amazon was the next choice. Replacement was easy and while we were repairing one, we bought two and replaced the other side too. PERFECT FIT

Perfect fit DECK LIFT CABLE
Perfect fit for my mower deck! The only issue is they need to change the description of it to say it's the deck lift cable not a brake cable. Other than that it's awesome to cut my grass again! EDIT: here it is May 13’th, one year after purchase and the cable broke at the eye. So basically not even 4 months of mowing and it’s broken. Highly disappointed in this product!

Used on my 2006 cub cadet 50 inch zero turn as mowing deck lift cables..i double them up on each side to add strength. Last pair lasted about 3 years mowing a cattle pasture(which is a little rough on the deck hangers)

Lasted about 4 years
Original lasted 10 years, this replacement lasted 4 years. For what it's worth, they don't make them like they used to....
