For Small Dogs Only - Don't Go With Their Size Chart

Way too small! I purchased XL but it only fits on 10 lb dog not what they say on the sizing chart (up to 70 lb). It's really cute and made well but I had to take a few stars off for not being able to use and time wasted for returning. If you have a small dogs (under 10 lb) I am sure you will be happy with this cute outfit but if not, I must say you need to stay away.
