Doesn't fit the DT251 Foodi oven

This is a lovely sheet pan, heavy and well-made. I bought it because I wanted a dishwasher-safe sheet pan to use in my oven (which I love!). Not carefully checking the dimensions was my mistake, obviously. It's a bummer that Ninja didn't create a pan that worked with its own ovens, though.

warped and can't get response from Ninja

I received one large for Christmas and loved it. Ordered two smaller ones on 12/25. First time I used the second small one it warped. I have gone online and called three times to talk to Ninja as instructed for returns/warranty help. I get disconnected every single time.

Love that Ninja quality

The Ninja B30015 Foodi Premium 10 x 15 inch Baking Sheet, Nonstick, Oven Safe up to 500⁰F, Dishwasher Safe in Grey is an excellent pan. It cooks evenly and cleans up fast. I really have had great luck with the Ninja quality products and this baking sheet is no different. I highly recommend this Ninja Foodi baking sheet.

Just a single disappointment

Ninja continues to branch out into cookware products to sell along with their ever expanding lineup of small kitchen appliances. As a customer I wish they would work harder getting what they already have right before adding more and more things. They truly are a company that is swimming in a sea of confusion about how people actually use kitchen products … they come so close but it seems every product misses the mark by just a little. Let’s be clear, I’m saying that as someone who looks at my kitchen counter and nearly everything on it has the Ninja brand on it, I own a large percentage of what they make. A year ago I wouldn’t touch them, I thought they were just another trendy overpriced brand, and to a degree they are, but yet now I use what I’ve got almost every day. THE ALL IMPORTANT BAKING SHEET This is one of a long list of new Never Stick products that are, you guessed it, expensive. Are they worth it? I am in the process of replacing all of my baking sheets, cookie sheets, muffin pan, cake pan, etc with a matching set of these new products. This one arrived first thanks to an early sample, but you probably guessed I’m not going to cut them any slack in my opinion. A baking sheet is one of the most used cooking accessories in my kitchen. At first glance this looks pretty normal until you lift it and appreciate how heavy it is. Sometimes heavy isn’t so good but with something like this it means even distribution of heat. I could stop there because that alone means my cookies and other baked goods are going to cook evenly from outer edge to their core. A closer look reveals smooth rounded edges everywhere, not just on top but looking at the bottom corners there isn’t even a wrinkle or crease. This is a very well made product. DISAPPOINTMENT I started this by chastising Ninja for seeming to always miss the mark by just a little. When I ordered this I was excited to anticipate using it in my Foodi Pro oven, a Ninja product that is one of their top selling appliances. The oven has its flaws but yet since I bought it I almost never use my full-size range. Why heat up the entire house when the big little oven can do almost everything I could want an oven to do? But inexplicably, they made this baking sheet is too big to fit into their own oven. How could anyone at the design group miss something so obvious? So now I have to still heat up my big oven just to make a batch of cookies. Yes, this is a disappointment. YES OR NO Despite their obvious missing the mark I can’t fault the quality of this item in any way. It looks like something that will last a very long time. And as far as the question whether their Never Stick promise is real - let’s say 95% real, almost everything releases cleanly without leaving anything behind, but you will still have to run a soapy sponge over the tray to clean up that remaining five percent. My bottom line is I have not found a similar product that equals this one, and that is the definition of earning five stars.
