great kid water bottle

I received two of these nuby water bottle flip tops and I'm impressed with the quality. I love that you can close the lid, my four-year-old sometimes needs help closing it but for the most part can close it on her own. You press a button to flip the top open and it reveals a straw. The bottles are easy to wash, and the decals have not worn off after many washes (I only hang wash these water bottles). The water bottles also have a handle that's attached to the lid which makes it easy to hold.

Cute, but hard to close!

Such cute designs! These are larger than I thought they would be, which is great because they hold plenty of water for my daughter. The lids are very hard to close for my toddler… I actually have to put some force behind it to push the lid completely closed. When the lid is closed, they do not leak at all. If the lid is left open and the bottle tips over, there is a tiny hole that could leak. These water bottles are VERY similar to other water bottles on the market (see pic as I have one to compare it to). When compared, they have the exact same pieces. These Nuby bottles are much harder to get the plastic mouthpiece out/detached to wash it separately. It DOES come out tho, thankfully. The straws are a little bit on the thinner/flimsier side compared to other brands, but not very noticeable. Overall, I am happy with these, I just wish that they were easier to close for my toddler.

Girls love!

A few critiques: I wish these water bottles were spill proof, but other than that they are high volume for the kids, great if you are potty training and the flip caps on the top are very secure, so definitely a good purchase. It does require a little more effort to close the flip cap so kids might get a little frustrated about that but not an issue if you don’t mind your kids asking for help. The handles are also a cute addition however, we have had ours come off easily so I want those to be a little more secure as well.

Good bottle but not fully leak-proof

My daughter loves her new Nuby bottles. The prints on these are super cute and they are made of a very heavy plastic. Unlike other similar Nuby bottles, these straws aren't leak-proof and the lid can be hard to close for toddler (and adult) hands. I try to only put water in these cups for my daughter and use some of her other cups for milk or juice in case of spilling.

Great cup

This is a really great, durable water bottle. The walls are thick and it hasn't leaked at all. The printing is high quality and seems like it will last a long time. It is also easy to clean. My only complaint is that the lid is quite hard to snap shut (which you need to shut the lid to seal the straw so it doesn't leak). My 3.5 year old isn't able to close the lid himself, and even my 6 year old struggles. I'm hoping it will loosen up with time.

Difficult to close the lid

The water bottle looks good and is leak-proof. But, you had to push very hard to close the lid. That would be difficult for my 4-year-old.

Very cute designs and made well.

These cups are quality made. The lid locks tightly to prevent spills,and the straw makes drinking easy. The fun designs catch the eyes of little ones. The lid will not come open when dropped or thrown. Definitely a great value for the price. Shows 4 In the picture,but comes in pack of two.

Great water bottle for kids

These water bottles fit my 3 and 4 year old grandkids’ hands well and they operate the “open” button easily. They have been through the dishwasher several times and there hasn’t been any damage to the print on the bottles, the straw, or the structural integrity. The colors are bright and appealing. They do not, however, fit in the slim drink holder on their car seats and it is difficult for all 4 of my under 6 year old grandkids to snap closed.
