Softest rug ever!

this rug is such great quality for the $. I wish I got the off white (but we have dogs so i went with gray.) the pattern isn’t as obvious as i’d like it to be, which is why i gave it 4 stars. definitely a good buy tho!

I could probably have gotten a better quality rug at Walmart...

The boys love it! As you hopefully can see in the pictures, it isn't very thick. Vacuuming helps a lot (obviously you have to vacuum is after you take it out of the package). It's mostly tolerably soft to the hands and only a tad scratchy to the cheek. (My softness test is with my face because I love to lay on the floor, and because the face is more sensitive). It's pretty scratchy on the belly, though. I bought a nice rug pad to go underneath it and another rug I have, but I think I will keep it doubled up because this one isn't very think and needs the extra padding to really be comfy. The rug pad is a 1/4" thick, 8'x10' and my rug is 5'x8' (almost). The directions also want you to not use the beater bar (the spinning thing, I think) when you vacuum, but if you don't, the carpet doesn't come up like it should. All it all, I like it and will use it as long as I can. I didn't rate ease of clean because I just got it, and as soon as it comes, I'll be spraying on some scotch guard carpet and rug protector. The less you have to deep clean it, the longer it lasts. I will try to remember to update after some time.

Measurements are not as advertised

Overall it is a Beautiful rug, very soft, thick, laid out well from the first day. My only problem is the measurement is not as stated. It was supposed to be an 8x11 but is only 7.4’ x 11’.

THE MISSING PIECE

I have been looking for a rug like this for a long time and have never found it. I knew I wanted a cream and black boho style rug and when I searched here I found many, but after reading the reviews on this one I was convinced. It does not disappoint! I have pets and a baby and they have all spilled or made messes on my rug and it cleans up so easily with just a little soap and water. It's soft and comfy and a nice play area for our baby girl. She lays on it and rolls around watching TV and seems to happy and comfy! Such a great purchase, and hard to beat how perfect it is for my style! I'd highly recommend this rug, hands down my favorite rug!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

The media could not be loaded. I have never once been disappointed with a nuLOOM rug so it’s no surprise to me how much I love this. I purchased the 8 ft round (as seen in picture & video). No weird smell upon unboxing. The packaging was extremely beat up but it didn’t effect the rug at all so I wasn’t upset. I applied rug tape on the backside so it laid down nicely on my hardwood floors. If you do not have and rug tape, you can get the edges to lay flat by taking a steamer (one you use with clothing) and steam the backside of the rug where it is rolled up - after steamed, roll the up edge toward the floor. This will allow your rug to lay flat. Hope this helps with your purchase & also with any future rugs you buy!! NuLOOM is always the way to go!

Lovely area rug

Very pleased with the quality of this area rug. It arrived as scheduled and so well packed and protected. I followed the directions on the insert to help lay it flat and to fluff up the nap which worked great. Time will tell how well it will hold up. We’ve had it almost a month and looks like the day we purchased it. It is very soft and brings our room together perfectly. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Disappointed

The description for this item was misleading in terms of size. It came and was a lot smaller than expected, misled due to the small print. I ordered it for my elderly father who opened it and threw the packaging away before I could visit to make a return and he was very disappointed. We thus wasted all of the money. I recommend that the company are more blatant about the actual sizing and pricing.

Looks great over time

I was skeptical at first buying this from looking at other sellers comments. When it first arrived it didn't look as appealing as what you see on the display pictures but it needs to be shaken and brushed down a bit. Pattern isn't as distinct-looking as the images but it's still a very beautiful rug. I've had it for a couple of months now and it looks better over time when the fibres fluff out better.

Parcel may be lost

I need an update with my parcel that was supposedly delivered on December 21. Although it says that it may still arrive late, there is no date indicated when. It also says I can get refund now, it won’t let me. I don’t know who to contact for this matter? I ordered 2 of these in different sizes. One has arrived and it’s a really nice rug in my opinion (at least before its first wash). That’s why I’m hoping to receive the other one asap
