Better than the original

I managed to lose the original. I suspected there was something wrong with the one that came with the oven. This one is spot-on. I first used it for chicken breasts. The softest, tenderest, juciest chicken breast I have ever made. Then a rib roast. Perfect medium-rare rib roast. Then BBQ chicken breast tenders. 100% moist tenders, with the BBQ sauce perfectly glazed. The origanal let food get too over-done. This one is a happy replacement! I love this oven, and the replacement probe made it perfect!

The original thermometer stopped working. I ordered this one. It is clearly better and more durable than the original.

SHORT LIFE SPAN

AM ON MY 3RD PROBE IT WORKS GREAT BUT SHORTS OUT QUICKLY IT LOOKS LIKE IT GETS TOO HOT WHERE IT PINCHE'S IN THE DOOR WHEN YOU CLOSE IT AND DAMAGE'S THE WIRES, I DO USE IT ALMOST EVERY DAY

Works Perfectly with the Probe Function on the Nuwave Bravo XL Convection Oven

I am a beginner with this oven and have learned the best way to cook meat is to put the probe in the meat and set the internal temperature desired. The oven with then perfectly cook the meat to that temp.

Doesn't Work With Ninja

Bought this as a replacement to use with my Ninja grill. Amazon listed it as works with Ninja. My Ninja grill doesn't even see it. I waited too long to use it and can't return it now. Buyer beware!
