Great ski pants, but no mesh on thigh vents
I'm an athletic, 5'10" 200 lbs with a 33-34" waist, and the large fits me almost perfectly with a base layer underneath. They are a bit large in the waist, but the adjustable, elastic Velcro waist tabs handle that well. The main thing is they fit great in the hips and butt, which is usually a problem for me since it seems they often make men's pants nowadays for guys that have no butt. I tried 2 other Oakley shells (the Cresent 2.0 and the 3L shell), and they were both too short in the crotch or too small in the seat. The fit and finish are great, but I have 3 somewhat minor complaints. First, there is an error in the item description - the inner thigh vents are NOT mesh lined and open directly to your skin or base layer. My old Oakley's had mesh on the vents. Second, the flaps over the hip pockets open toward the front, which looks and feels a little strange. I wish they had used flat, waterproof pocket zippers like the ones on the thighs. Third, the hip pockets are not as deep as I'd like. They are large enough to hold my plus-sized phone, but not by much. None of these are deal breakers however. My legs tend to get hot when I'm skiing, so I can't stand insulated ski pants, even when they have leg vents. Although these are not insulated, they do have a separate inner liner that adds just a little bit of warmth and makes them more comfortable than your basic 1-layer shell. All in all, these are great pants for a good price, especially since I got them on sale for $127.

Basically perfect.
I'm 6'3, 220, 36" waist, 34" inseam (gym, no muffins). The XL was a perfect length and although the waist is big, the adjustable velcro straps on the sides made the fit perfect on the waist as well. The vents don't have mesh like my other gear, but I didn't mind that. They are light and warm and work in a variety of conditions, but I would use different gear for very wet or very high wind conditions (which people tend to avoid anyway). Excellent quality and craftmanship, plenty of pockets, and they look fantastic. Expect compliments with the white color, especially if you pair it with the matching Oakley jacket.

Horrible vendor
Bought one size too large, then went ahead and ordered next size down in good faith. Vendor refused to return original size even though I bought a second pair from him.

Best snowpants I've ever owned
Best snowpants I've ever owned. Remarkably thin, yet very warm and flexible.
