Not short length as described

I wore 12 short last year with a 29” inseam which was a perfect length for my 5’2” height. Due to a few added lbs I needed the next size up so order 14 short for this winters trip. They are marked short but were over 35” in inseam length. Much too long even when wearing my snow boots. I returned them and got immediate credit but I would have greatly preferred they had actually been short as described.

Won't stay up. No belt loops

The fit on these is too loose at the waist but fit in hips and butt. Because there are no belt loops they won't stay up. The material constantly edges down. The elastic insert doesn't cinch it in enough. I tried on the next smaller size with the same issue in the waist but not enough room in the hips. I'm also disappointed that the return fee is not called out in the listing.
