Opened, damaged, too small

This is a nice tray! However, the tape on both end of the box was yellowed and cut, so this was definitely a reshipment. The copper edge is not as bold as I wanted. Has kind of a faded appearance. There are brown (corroded?) spots on the copper (not sure if actually copper) edge. So, this leaves me wondering whether this was used. I think so. The biggest issue though is for me it is a bit too big for the shelf I bought it for. The total diameter is 15 inches, not 14. Minus the copper edge, it is 14" diameter. I didn't try to remove the brown spots, but if it was the right size I would have tried. I would say that if you are looking for a simple but not high-end fancy tray, then this could be a nice option. So, I'm not saying don't buy. But, for me, no, and I am returning it. Grade = B-
