Looks real

This faux orchid arrangement is well made, beautiful and looks like the real thing. Only up close…very close can you tell that it’s not real…or if you’re an orchid enthusiast. The leaves and moss also look like real elements. The silver metallic planter is nice and sturdy…adds an elegant touch. The flowers and leaves are all posable. This is the perfect find for those who lack a green thumb and those who can’t keep drought plants, such as, cacti, succulents and ornamental grasses alive.

Lovely

Overall, this is beautiful and realistic and I was in awe upon seeing it for the first time. Upon closer examination, there are some flaws keeping it from being perfect. Some of the flowers are attached upside down and despite nice protective wrapped packaging, the center stamen on many were smashed/ crinkled and trying to smooth them, they wrinkle back up. This is the center part of the flower that is not posable. The pot looks good and is appropriately sized and weighted to look natural and the weight prevents tip over. From a distance and without close inspection, it looks beautiful and authentic.

Very pretty orchid without the maintenance

I love how ornamental orchids are but I'm testing my luck with keeping succulents and snake plants alive so there really is no hope for a live orchid in my house. LOL Up close, you are able to tell this isn't the real thing but for the most part, it's very pretty and passable as such.

Nice looking flowers, not as posable as I would like

These flowers look very nice. They have good luminance and opacity, great color and overall design. There are a couple of minor issues, though. First, the flowers are difficult to pose correctly. Some are upside down and, while you can turn them, it's not as easy as it should be. Also, they tend to be pointed in odd directions, and the stems on the individual flowers can not be posed well. They just go right back to where they were. Second, the stems and leaves are glued very solidly into a thick, hard, glossy plastic "soil" material that looks very bad. I tried to remove it, thinking to replace it with sphagnum moss, but it is very solid and I would have to risk breaking the pot to get it out. Aside from these two issues, these orchids are very nice looking, and are a welcome addition to my home.

Very pretty, but with flaws

I ordered the 22 inch, watercolor pink, with the double stem. It's very pretty, and larger than I was expecting. The flowers do feel real when you touch them. I was a bit disappointed though, the way the plant is packaged, a few of the petals ended up folded in half. One of these petals is in the very front of the display, it's the first thing I notice when I look at it. I was able to use a small chip clip, fold the petal in the opposite direction, and let it sit overnight. It straightened out, but has creases. The leaves and roots were also a little disappointing. In the plant I received, it appears that there are two sets of identical leaves and roots, just placed opposite each other, mirror image. It doesn't look realistic. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to correct this.

Looks so real - Mikasa Artificial Orchid in Pot, Real Touch Phalaenopsis Orchid

I hate artificial flowers and have avoided having them in my home. I was intrigued when I discovered the Real Touch flowers and plants. And they do not disappoint. I had gotten some tulips a few months ago and am delighted with how real they look and feel. So getting this orchid plant was a no-brainer. I grow a few orchids and enjoy their long lasting blooms but sometimes I’d like to have them gracing less than ideal spaces in my home. I’m in love with this Mikasa potted orchid. The silver pot is very attractive and the plant and flowers absolutely look real. Sure, close up, you can tell it’s artificial but it is easy to forget it’s fake. I really enjoy this in my home now. It’s nice enough that I would not mind gifting one and I will definitely buy another in a different color.

This orchid pot is really beautiful. Looks almost real. Nice material quality. Amazon packaged it well so that it doesn't break from middle. came in a long box which kept it safe.

This Mikasa artificial orchid in a pot is amazing!! I absolutely love orchids and love flowers but I always suck at taking care of plants so I got this since it’s fake and it lasts a long time! I put this in my bedroom and office and I love it so much!! It’s super realistic and it feels pretty much real. I love the color and how it’s the perfect size!! Overall I really like this product and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in this product!!
