8 month old loves this, especially the spinny bit of the hinge :) I like that it has 2 volume settings. Baby loves to open and close it, hasn't been pinched or anything yet so that's a plus!

This is a good quality toy, it has been dropped a few times and is still doing fine. My daughter loves this toy and if it breaks I will be buying another one.

7-10 month old, not impressed

I got this for my 7 month old to play on while he is in the office with me. It was a bust. At 7 months old I assumed his lack of interest in it was maybe because he was too young for it? It would never hold his attention and he would just immediately push it closed and find something else to play with. He is 10 months old now and still has almost no interest in it. He gets it out, open and closes it a few times and is done with it. I wanted to review this as a durable toy since in the process of ditching it he often throws it on the floor and it's held up decently.... But now it has some glitch where it gets stuck on one phrase and keeps repeating it over and over, before it can even say the whole line is already starting the phrase over! It used to just say a line or two when you left it alone for a few minutes and it sits quiet for a while (to try to gets the child attention again or maybe remind the adult to shut off the useless toy?)... But when it gets stuck in that loop it just won't shut up until you go get it and power it off. In hind sight, I wish I would have gotten a much more realistic baby laptop with an actual screen. Yes it would have been too advanced for a while but it would have at least held his attention like a real computer!

9 month loved it

I bought this for my 9 month baby girl because I needed a laptop to distract her from wanting to play with mine while working remotely at home. She loves dancing to the songs it plays on the music setting.

It's very nice kiddie laptop. The mouse moves to select on the screen (interactive), it sings (without lyrics), and also names animals shapes and colors.
