Very happy so far
Replaced ~10 year old calphalon nonstick pots/pans with these. So far, so good. Watched a couple short videos on how to properly cook with stainless cookware and have had minimal issues with sticking (no more than the nonstick they replaced). They clean up well with regular soap and a non-scratching scotch pad and have used barkeepers friend to help with some of the more stubborn stuck on stuff as needed with no issue. Glad to have made the switch and the assortment of pots/pans/lids in this set has been perfect for my cooking needs.

YES for induction!
I have a Wolf induction cooktop and struggle with things that say "can be used for induction" because no, they cannot. These however are the best set I have purchased in a long time. They are stainless steel so keep in mind you have to cook on lower heat with them (or be prepared to scrub unless you own some Barkeeper's!). Every pan/pot is included, these are heavy, durable, and fit my modern, clean lined esthetic at home. Buy them, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome Heavy Duty Set and Highly Recommend
When I was searching for a set of stainless steel cookware I wanted durability and quality and these have everything and more. I used one of the smaller pots to boil water to get a feel for my induction burner and the water boiled in less than a minute. I cooked eggs and toast in the smaller fry pan which heated extremely even and the clean up was very easy. When I see negative reviews about clean up of these pots and pans, I'm thinking people do not read the care instructions because I don't see a problem. You don't need to use very high heat on these. The pots and pans are quite sturdy and heavy which I wanted. They are nestable and save space. They have measurement markers on them and that's a nice feature. The handles are sturdy, balanced according to the pot or pan and stay cool. Each cover is glass with a stainless steel handle. The price I paid was well worth it especially with the size of the set. I would recommend these to be used on an induction cooktop as that is what I bought them for and I'm not disappointed at all. They can be used on a regular gas or electric stove as well and are dishwasher safe.

tri-ply stainless cookware
So far, if I could rate these 10 stars I would. This set is amazing. I purchased them because honestly, I am tired of buying non-stick cookware - it lasts a year or so and then I am buying another. Off gassing/ or worse..? Who knows. I decided that I would give up a little ease in cleaning for a healthier, more sturdy cookware. I am thinking this may be the last set I will ever buy. I read up and watched a few helpful videos on what to do, how to cook with stainless, how to clean, etc. It is a DIFFERENT way all around to use stainless. I highly recommend that you educate yourself while you're waiting for your set to arrive. I have not had a single thing stick to my pots/pans - but I follow the "rules" of stainless use carefully. One of the most important things to do is to heat your stainless BEFORE adding oil. Make certain your pan is heated to the right temp - if you spritz a few drops of water and it rolls around - you're ready. This set is heavy, sturdy. But not too heavy - I will note that if you're sensitive to weight - you may find this set too heavy. I love the glass lids. Easy to see and they go in the dishwasher easily. I do not recommend dish washering pans - its not hard to hand clean them. There are also tutorials on doing that too - very useful. I couldn't be happier with my investment in buying these pans. They are wonderful to cook with - the rolled edges allowing pouring of liquids without drips - every time. I truly can't think of a single thing that is not good about them. I would be thrilled if this was the last set of cookware I ever had to buy. I looked at way more expensive sets, and cheaper sets - I settled on this one for personal choice reasons - one being the glass lids. Having said all of that, I never hesitate to update my reviews if new info would be useful.

The search was finally over...
I did TONS of researching before buying my stainless steel cookware. So, I came from some nonstick cookware that was way past time to replace and so I went investigating ALL types of cookware. I settled on the stainless for a number of reasons, the most important being health. So, let me say that I looked at everything from $200 up to about $1,000. From Costco's offerings to Amazon, to independent labels. Things I hadn't even considered when I started looking became important along the way - things like easy-pour lips, ability to use in the oven if necessary, thick ROUND handles for comfortable use, etc. In the end, there were a couple of frontrunners - the Emeril by All-Clad and this set after hours and hours of research. What sold me on these were the additional features like the measuring lines on the inside of the pans, the overall look and design of the cookware. Before I go over the pros and cons, I want to mention for others who don't read enough reviews on stainless that there are some things you have to learn about cooking with stainless. First, you must pre-heat your pans. There are videos on Youtube - search for stainless steel mercury ball - that will teach you the principal of heating your pans properly to then add oil and prevent most sticking. Also, let your cold food warm up a touch before throwing in the pan as that also greatly reduces sticking. Another tip - these pans cook much hotter than a non-stick. So if you're used to cooking non-stick, you'll want to dial it back a touch. Cleaning - you'll hear a lot of people complain about this - and if you don't do the things mentioned above AND you don't do a few key things, then the complaints are understandable. If you have some backed in leftovers in the pan - soak it in very hot water. After the water has cooled down to warmish, dump that out so the pan is just damp, use a stainless steel cleaning pad along with barkeeper's friend, and it couldn't be easier... Onto this cookware... I LOVE IT. We've been using this set for a little over a month now. Pros: - It's beautiful - really a gorgeous set - Comfortable, large handles - this was paramount in our decision - Inside markings for measurements - Interchangeable lids so that every piece can be covered if necessary - No issue removing a lid when heated (read reviews of other cookware where it was hard/dangerous to remove lids from cookware as it would suction in place) - Nice, even heating - No metallic flavor leaching into the food - Relatively easy to clean if you follow my tips above this section Cons: - Requires a learning curve if coming from non-stick cookware (not a con of this set, but worth mentioning) Honestly, I've not found anything about this set that I dislike at this point. It's right near the middle of the price-range of sets I looked at. I think for the features and quality, this is a fantastic buy. I think I probably would have been happy with the Emeril set as well, but the handles didn't look as comfortable and I wanted to make this a one-time purchase to last for years - so why not get exactly what you want? I highly recommend this set. If you're on the fence and are over researching - this is a great set that I can fully get behind.

Steel quality is suspect
I have used triple ply stainless steel for over 10 years. This is the first time when a 3ply cookware has disappointed me. The pots discolor easily and the marks don't come off. As a result even after one use the cookware looks old even though it's brand new. I have other ones that doesn't get marked at all and still looks brand new. The best thing about this set is that every single item is useful and the sizes are such that you will never need to buy any other pieces of cookware. It has every pot and pan you will ever need in the kitchen. Only time will tell if it will be durable and last.

warped over time
I wanted to love these for year and year. I got these under 6 months ago and the one pan used everyday is now warped. We do take care of it as stainless steels should be taken care of. It's never been dropped or banged, but the bottom is no longer flat :( so disappointing since we splurged more than we wanted. had this been $200 set i wouldn't care, but it was around $500. I am not expecting it to compare to maybe a $1000 set but I did not expect the bottoms to warp, especially so fast!! Other than that though, i love the pour-friendly rims, and the fact the sides are coated too, not just the bottoms. sigh... next set i will not cheap out I guess :(

Disappointed/cons: poor for cleaning & soft metal that scratches very easily- pro: solid heavy stuff
Scratches very easily, not unlike soft coated teflon cookware Softest stainless steel we have every seen. Recommend using a strong commercial/restaurant cleaner cuz the regular over the counter stuff does not work well enuf. Solidly built & cooks well but over priced for what you get.

Amazing set
Great set, great quality. We got it for a good price, so great value for us. As or greater non-stick as most of my other non-stick cookware. Careful when putting a small amount of food to cook or sear in a much larger pan. Use the right size pan/pot when it comes to stainless steel for chicken or steak. And don't wait too long to put it under hot water, to make cleaning quicker/easier. Mine hasn't cracked yet, and I sincerely doubt it ever will, but if it ever does, I'll edit my review (if I can) to say it did. Also it's a bit heavy, which I like but other might not. Handles don't get too hot when cooking, don't need any towel or glove. Again, great quality.
