Great size and thickness

It's a great size and thickness of the rug but coir comes off a lot. In addition, it stains the concrete too.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Will definitely be shopping this brand more in the future! This rug is HEAVY DUTY and HUGE. Looks so good in front of my French doors and is the perfect size, been hunting one the right size for AGES. I noticed this company does holiday ones too which I love! This will shed so have a broom and dust pan handy when unboxing. Not only is the mat super thick it comes packaged in a heavy duty box to protect it during shipping. 5 out of 5 stars all the way!

Shed on the porch

Huge and cute

This mat is huge! It covers the front of our doorstep and I love that! However, it has a big negative that the coir comes off/sheds. So I first unpacked it inside the apartment and the coir was all over the entrance. When we placed the mat outside, we vacuumed the inside to remove any remains. After a couple of days, I noticed more coir inside and after some time we realized that it comes with our shoes from the mat outside. It is not an excessive amount, so I think that is not a huge problem, but would be nice to avoid it. Other than that, I love the design - it makes our entrance look super stylish.

High quality and huge welcome mat!!

If you're in need of a giant welcome mat, this is a great option! We have a large porched entryway and this sits perfectly. Luckily we have a step up to the door... this is a very thick mat, over an inch, and if your door opens straight over the mat, most likely it will not open over this. It's also coconut hair, so it can be messy but it works well to clean gunk off the bottom of your shoes. However, it's so lovely I hate to have people use it like that! It's extremely well made and certainly worth the price.

Don't open inside!

The first mistake I made was opening it inside! I'm pretty much allergic to everything so it was like sawdust so I started sneezing and itching immediately. So I know everyone isn't like me but I still recommend you open it outside. Other than that I love how huge it is for your porch it covers a lot once it's out the box and all the dust settled it doesn't feel bad to the touch. If I had a back porch I would have definitely got two!!

Wow!

First, let me start by saying this thing is massive. We have a front door that has glass transoms on each side, making the door six feet wide. This mat is on our front porch, and needs every inch of that six feet. It's super thick...about 2"...which is fantastic because we live in the country where the wind takes our door mats with it. It's pretty heavy. This coir rug isn't going anywhere. I had a hard time getting it onto our front porch because it arrives rolled up and wrapped in plastic, and the plastic made it tricky for me to carry. We have it on a covered porch which will thankfully protect it a bit and make it last even longer. This is one of the nicest rugs I've ever seen. It makes quite the statement!

Heavy duty welcome mat

This is a very well made, heavy duty welcome mat. It’s also extremely heavy and thick. The print is clear, and there is no off-gassing. I love how much surface area it covers and that it can easily clean boots and shoes effectively and it’s it’s high pile. This has got to be the nicest mat I’ve ever seen, let alone owned. I highly recommend!
