Worked great to fix Samsung Microwave SE Problem
Used this to replace the control panel of our Samsung microwave - after resetting the microwave every few weeks at first, the SE error came back daily and then hourly. Cleaning the contact strip bought some time (great youtube videos on how to do that), but eventually bit the bullet and got a new control panel. I was a bit worried that the problem was the actual circuit board, but my microwave started to have phantom key presses, so was pretty sure it was the buttons. So far it's been 9 days and no more SE errors, product was exactly as shown and flawless. Assembly wasn't too bad, but that's because I've been taking the microwave apart for months :-) One assembly tip - you have to remove the top cover to get the control panel off. When putting that cover back, slide it in from the right, don't force it on. I snapped one of the plastic tabs doing that, but it's not really visible.

It's Alive!!!!!!
after months of disassembly and cleaning the contacts it finally works. I read many post about the issue the microwave had with error E5/S5 but after continuing to unplug and clean the system I gave in and bought the part. It took a whole 5 mins since I was so skill in removing it and putting it back together that I flew thru the installation and it finally works the way is suppose to. I was very sceptical on buying another microwave, this one was five months old i did not want to dish out another 200 and some change for a new one. the parts comes with what it needs you just have to unplug everything carefully and install it just like you took it apart. if you have the same issue nuy the part to fix it yourself is not rocket science, it will save you a whole lot of money.

A perfect match for my microwave
This was exactly the right part for my microwave when it flashed the error code on the display. It took me about 15 minutes start to finish to replace the part, including the time when I unplugged the microwave to when I plugged it back in. I didn't want to replace the whole microwave just because the original control pad went bad and this saved

SATISFIED
After exhausting all other efforts of getting our microwave to work again (we cleaned it like the You Tube videos instructed and got it to work again for a few months), we purchased this part, and it's been working fine! Ours came with the brushed nickel bottom, so it matches perfectly. Very satisfied.

Plug and play
Had the microwave up and running in 15 minutes. Just transferred the control board to the new panel and was up and running.

Doesn’t include the circuit board
This was only the panel and not the circuit board that normally comes with it as well. Was very disappointed. Went to local appliance parts house and bought both for same price
