Works as advertised - Comfortable ergonomic handles

This is an excellent product. There are several that look quite similar, except for coloring, and I presume work the same way. The one I bought was a good value, relative to the others, and works flawlessly. I like the easy snap-on handles, it's rolling stability, and the comfortable ergonomic handle grips. It works great for my home gym, but when I took it on the road, it felt a little bulky for easy carrying. So I use it exclusively at home, and really appreciate the spring-loaded action. Someone mentioned in an earlier review, that it may not rewind fully on the return leg? I haven't experienced that appreciably. But, it can be addressed by giving it a slight roll before placing it in the starting position, or on the return leg, just lift up briefly and place it back down in the starting position. Overall, a great product for a seriously good exercise. My abdominals have never felt stronger nor looked more defined.

It is a kind of good product, but it is not designed perfectly

I know this abs roller from many ads. Recently, I joined a gym club with an abs roller, so I deiced to buy a one for myself. I have to say it is a good roller with great durability. However, it does not work for me!!! The reason is quite simple: the range of its resistant spring too short. I am only 5'10. When I use it to do the so-called "expert" form in its instruction, I can reach the limit. I can hear the spring click noise clearly from the roller. OK>>>it is the case, I do the workout when I am kneeling. If I want to stand by and use it to do the full Roll-Out, this roller totally keeps cliclking all the way. SO................................IF you are taller than 5'10 and have a strong core. Please DO NOT buy it. It is only for beginer use in my option.

GREAT PRODUCT

A friend of mine had one and brought it into work one day so I tried it out. He was astonished that I was in good shape for my age as I was able to take it all the way out do the obliques. But, even though I was able to do that I wanted to have something at home to be able to maintain. This does the trick alright and only strengthens my core more. I am by no means a work out junkie, but I like to maintain my body and look good. This is a great tool to do so, where so many men now days need it. Well worth the money for your home gym. Mine consists of this Ab Carver, bands and tube bands in addition to my gym membership.

great wheel, would buy again

Works perfect, just the right amount of spring assist, hardly notice it is there but helps just enough on the initial "way back", saves my back. Well made.

Incredible ab workout

I have used a number of ab wheels but thi s obe is the best. The handles allow you to rest your hands while working the abs hard more than traditional ab wheels, they're more flat & you don't need a death grip that can irritte tennis or golfers elbow.

Love my work out!

My first Perfect Fitness Ab Carver Roller came with a knee pad and was burgundy in color on the sides. I bought it in 2015 and the spring action finally gave out late July 2018 (laster over 3 years). I paid $40 for that one. This Perfect Fitness Ab carver Roller has the white sides, no knee pad, which I have a black foam work out mat anyways, and I still love it. Price was $26.99. The wide wheel is the best design and helps you keep your balance when moving forward and backward. I work out daily, so I'm not a beginner, so I use my ab well daily and it's truly awesome!

Excellent and Sturdy Product

After trying many ab roller's I decided to try this one out. This roller is excellent and well thought product. Definitely feel the burn in the ab's after use. Would recommend for ab training and exercise. No waste time and money on cheap ab rollers get this one.

Ab Carver is the best exercise in the world.

This investment was the best investment I have ever done in my life. You pay one payment of $42 and you will own it for ever; it is really easy to use and very practical. It really shape your ab and less then one year you will get 6 packs. If you want to get faster 6 packs than you might consider to go to a liquor store and get a 6 packs, LOL. You will never know until you try it. "Ab Carver".
