Thin aid for rub spots on shoes.
I do like Foot Petals and I like these. I ended up using the slightly thicker gel versions instead of these for the pair of shoes I needed a little padding for to make more comfortable. I've since used these on another pair of heels just to soften the side so my toe doesn't rub, and they work well. Once they're settled in place, they stay still where you place them. Just make sure the inside surface is clean and dry for placement, and make sure you test it first to be certain you know exactly where you want to put it so you don't have to try peeling it off.

Feels so Good
These transformed my most favorite Vibram mid-rise Furoshiki footwear into my number one pair. I thought the pedals would fall off but they remain even after two months. Awesome.

Not safe with sandals
For an hour or so at a time, my feet were happy! These little cushions solved the problem of uncomfortable threading or staples on my sandals (Ecco sportsandals, Birkenstock/Pappilio, Paul Green leather). But the cushions fell off of all these (very different) kinds of sandals! I did not notice when they fell off as I was walking. So I could not rescue them. Maybe they work better with closed-toe shoes. At least you could re-attach them if they fall off in the shoe.

Great for sandals and other shoes to relieve pressure or rubbing in feet!
These are comfortable and discreet looking. They stay in the shoe as positioned and have relieved rubbing from shoes on my feet.

So far so good
I bought these to cover a metal piece that’s on the inside of a pair of sandals holding a buckle in place. The metal hurt the top of my foot so I covered it with one of these pads and now I can’t feel it at all. The adhesive feels pretty secure so I don’t think it’s going anywhere any time soon.

These work great, not just for women
I have 5th metatarsal bone sticking out more than normal on right foot due to years of sports injuries. Used these on two pairs of Red Wing iron rangers as a seam inside boot landed exactly on that spot of foot making them very uncomfortable. Takes a while for Iron Rangers to break in and form to foot and these pads made the process of break in so much easier.

These little pressure point cushions are amazing! I have several pairs of expensive leather boots that rub the tops of my toes. I love my pointed toe boots but after several hours of wear they really hurt my feet. I have tried insoles that promise to take the pressure off the front of the front of the foot when wearing high heels but they can't completely stop my feet from sliding down into the toe box. I installed these pressure point cushions on the areas that rub and voila! No more pain. They have stayed in place through multiple wearings, too (which can be up to 10 or 11 hours at a time). I'm ordering a couple more packs to have on hand for when I add to my shoe collection. Thank you Foot Petals for saving my feet from their torture sessions.

Works For Men's Shoes As Well
This product was exactly what I was looking for to solve my shoe problem. My wife purchased a pair of tennis shoes for me several months ago. After about a month of wear, an inside portion of my shoe (felt like metal) was rubbing against my small toe. It was extremely painful and would start to hurt after about 5 minutes of wearing the shoe. I tried inserting tissue and rolling my socks a certain way to address the problem with no luck. I was resigned to the fact that I would have to replace these virtually new shoes with another pair. While searching on Amazon, I discovered this product and it fixed my problem. Although, I am a man and this product is marketed to women it produced the desired result. I inserted one of the petals inside the problem area in my shoe. I have now been running in these shoes over the last few days with no pain.

A friend recommended this to me and she calls it her "secret weapon" against pinchy heels. It does work to relieve pain from pinchy areas and it sticks on very well. It hasn't moved in my heels despite days of walking in the heat. I would try walking with your heels without them first to figure out where exactly it hurts, then stick them on.
