If You Have A “Inhaler” Dog, This is for You!

I had tried them all. THIS is the best bowl for a speed-eater dog. He no longer immediately throws up after eating. It’s ceramic which he prefers over stainless. Since I break them, I always have a back up. Buy one. See if it’s not the best.

Smaller than I was expecting

This bowl is awesome in every way, with the only exception being it is smaller than what I was expecting. My dog, mix breed/lab, medium build, 63/lbs is able to eat confortably from it, but I haven't decided whether he thinks he's getting more food, or he thinks, "whoe, did my bowl ever shrink"! I still get kisses, so if he is happy, then, I'm happy.

Really like this bowl, but...

I really like this bowl, and I got the matching bowl so I'd have a set for food and water. The only thing I don't love about it is that the inside of the bowl is very flat and smooth, but a tiny bit of the edge and outer part of the bowl, due to the paint design, is a bit rough. It makes it harder to wash than most other bowls, but aside from that, it's a really cute set, microwaves great and washes well (aside from what I mentioned), and my dog seems to like it (as do my cats who insist on drinking water from my dog's water bowl). I should mention that my dog is approx. 50 lbs and the bowl is a tad bit smaller than I would have liked. If it were another inch larger in width it would have been a perfect size. All in all I think it's a cute set, if you get both.

Nice slow feeder! Well packaged for shipping

Came packaged and protected well as I was concerned due to reading several reviews on how it arrived broken in several pieces. Think shipper must have taken notice, as the new packing material is sturdy and protects the bowl well.

A great bowl, but Amazon had to deliver it twice.

My first bowl arrived in a huge box with inadequate packaging, so it arrived in pieces. The bubble wrap was still intact. My pictures show the first huge box with the shattered bowl, and then the smaller box they sent my replacement in - that was literally the perfect size for my original order. The bowl itself is great, especially for $15. It's not *as* thick as my last ceramic, but this is still a solid bowl. I was SO sad when I dropped my last Petrageous bowl onto hard tile and watched as it shattered into 3 pieces. I had dropped it before multiple times, it being a years-old bowl. The break was imminent. They don't produce that one anymore, so I found this one to be adequate to replace my Bully's food dish. The "f" is a little messed up on both sides, but whatevs. The rough top is annoying, but not hazardous. It's the perfect size and depth for my Bully dog's face and feedings. It's a solid purchase.

Damaged on arrival

I was buying this as my dog had one it’s the past. Love how it works and is microwave dishwasher safe. Unfortunately there was not enough packaging for a fragile stoneware type dish. The first one was defective inside and the second was in a ton of pieces when it arrived. More than just a simple drop. I could not order again to replace a 3rd time as Amazon would not let me. I have returned both for a refund. I’m hesitant to order again with such poor packaging and or handling.

Even Our Dog Loves This Bowl

This is a well made ceramic slow-feeder bowl. Esthetically, its really cute with the raised paw print in the middle of the bowl and the colour of the bowl is very neutral. Functionally, it truly SLOWS down our dog's intake of food. Our dog can also be quite finicky about new products, so its a bonus that he seems to just love this bowl! Win, win! Its a bit pricey, but its serving its intended purpose. It arrived on the estimated date for delivery. More importantly, it arrived in one piece; nicely wrapped in a thick layer of protective bubble wrap. Would purchase again.

Arrived damaged & not returnable

Heads up…this item is not returnable. Fortunately Amazon customer service was able to make it right nonetheless. It’s too bad that it arrived with a ginormous crack cause it appears to be a nice slow feed bowl.

All i want to do is return these bowls

I have 2 large golden retrievers. When the package arrived yesterday all i could do is laugh Today when I tried to return them i found out that these were not returnable. All I want are bowls big enough for my dogs. There is another food bowl coming today, now i have 3 small bowls. Now I am mad!!!! Please advise

Way too small and NO OPTION FOR RETURN!! What is this??

No option for return as a prime member? This is absolutely ridiculous. They are still bubble wrapped in the box and we were planning to return because they are good size for a small cat, but not any normal size dog! This is outrageous. AVOID PETRAGEOUS products at all costs. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Perfect for my smaller dog!

I actually really like this food bowl! I got the matching water bowl too! I have a small dachshund and his old bowl was too big he would have to flip it up with his chin as he ate. This one is nice and low and perfectly wide for him!
