Works great!
Well made. I bought it because it was time to replace the one (same model) we had for over 10 years.

Great customer service - works great
I installed this new Pfister G13310SS faucet last weekend and my wife was very unhappy. The flow rate was supposed to be around 1.75 GPM, but when I measured the output with a one minute timer, I got less than 10 cups. That's less than 0.75 GPM. I tried removing the aerator, but that seemed to have no effect. So, I contacted Pfister customer service. I received a reply the next business day and was told to flush the line and screen before the spray head. There's a connection there that was easy to loosen and pull apart. I flushed the line and screen easily. A lot of small black debris came out. The pressure is normal now and my wife is very pleased. The unit was easy to install, looks fine, and works well.

Updated review. Now 5 stars instead of 3.
I love this faucet! It works well. Easy to control, wide range of warm water temperatures. Attractive modern look without the more common excessively high arch. Nice finish (the stainless steel finish goes well with my stainless steel sink). Gentle aerated stream and strong sprayer stream (which can be used without pulling out the sprayer). Usable with one hole or three holes. Frees up sink's fourth hole for other uses. The one design change that the faucet needs is an on/off button on the sprayer itself. My old, separate sprayer, was easy to use because you could turn a glass, or bottle, or jar, or water bottle upside down, and then turn on the spray by squeezing the handle of the sprayer. One needed one hand to work the sprayer, and one's second hand to hold the object that was being rinsed. With my new pull-out faucet, one needs three hands (which my body unfortunately does not have): One hand to hold the bottle or jar, one hand to hold the sprayer, and a third hand to turn the water on and off. Otherwise, one must choose one of the following three scenarios: (1) Turn the water on first (in gentle, aerated stream mode), place the sprayer under the inverted jar, pointing up, and then awkwardly press the button to turn on the wide spray mode. Or (2) Turn the water on first, turn on the wide spray, place the sprayer over the jar, pointing down, and rotate the sprayer and the jar upside down together, trying not to spray the walls and entire sink area in the process. Or (3) with the water off, place the sprayer, pointing upward, under the upside-down jar, and maneuver both the jar and the sprayer around the main faucet lever to try to turn on the water with a finger or side of hand, also trying to avoid spray the world in the process. And try to get enough leverage to press the wide-spray button. In all of these scenarios, one must be careful to not crimp the sprayer hose during the inversion, because it is not reinforced for stiffness. If the manufacturer were to add an on/off control to the sprayer head or sprayer handle, then handling the sprayer could be an effortless, one-handed operation. I do not know whether or not this is a problem with all pull-down and pull-out faucets. This is my first experience with one. My previous faucets had separate sprayers in a separate sink hole. UPDATE: After using this faucet for a year, I am updating my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. For what it was designed for, this faucet is excellent. With the pullout, I can reach every square inch of the sink, and even a pot on the counter next to the sink. The sprayer is strong and wide enough to easily clean strainers and tough dirt spots on dishes (although its mist does get the top edges of the sink a little wet). The handle stays cool, even with the water on straight hot. My initial review was based on the fact that, previously, I had a separate sprayer (not attached to the faucet). I was used to being able to turn glasses upside down and spray them from below. That way, I had a continuous stream of fresh water spray that drained as I sprayed. A pullout sprayer is not designed for that application, but I found that I get along fine without needing to use that cleaning technique. The ability to place the faucet nozzle anywhere that I want it is a great feature that I never had before.

Good Looks, Good Price -- and It Works!
I am very happy with this purchase. The brushed stainless finish is beautiful and matches my stainless sink perfectly. Water pressure is great, and most important to me, unlike newer faucets, this faucet still comes with a bubble aerator. The hose is long enough to reach where I need it, and appears to be made out of sturdy woven material, although perhaps could be just a bit more flexible. If there are any plastic parts on the outside, I can't tell. Appears to be all metal to me. At a bit over $80, I would say that this faucet is absolutely reasonably priced. My kitchen came with a Pfister faucet. After perhaps 3-4 years of use, the little slot that holds the handle unit onto the base wore out, and Pfister happily replaced the handle unit for me free of charge. All I had to do was unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. I replaced my Pfister with a Waterridge because I wanted a taller unit. I was not entirely pleased with that unit, so when the handle wore out after approximately two years, I decided to splurge and purchase a very pricey ($279.00) high end Grohe gooseneck faucet. Huge mistake! Water flow was so restricted that I could barely get food through my disposer, and due to the lack of a bubble aerator in the spray head, every time I used it, my kitchen was flooded and my clothes were drenched. After 8 months, I couldn't stand it any longer and decided to bite the bullet and go faucet shopping again. Having learned my lesson, I set out to find a new faucet and this time make sure it had a bubble aerator. I soon discovered that this was no easy task as several of the manufacturers/sellers I contacted either didn't know if their product had a bubble aerator, or more surprisingly, didn't even know what a bubble aerator was! After many frustrating e-mails, I finally decided to take a look at Pfister. Their customer service rep knew exactly what I was talking about, asked me to send a photo of my old faucet (which I happened to have), and immediately gave me the new model that had replaced my old one. Upon opening my Amazon box, I was thrilled to see the pretty satin finish faucet; and even more thrilled when I turned on my pretty new faucet and found that I had my water pressure back. I could once again easily wash food debris from my dishes, rinse my sink into my disposal and run it without fear of damage, and not have to mop up my entire countertop or change into dry clothes! My plumber said it was easy to install, taking him about 20 minutes (after going to the store to purchase the correct supply lines). I would not hesitate to recommend this faucet. It looks good, it's priced right, it works great -- and Pfister stands behind their products.

Looks and works great
After much labor I was able to put the faucet in myself. I think it looks great now that it's in. Kind of has a funky alien look to it that I like. It is very easy to operate, the water handle and the spout move very softly and easily. It was however a hot and hard messy claustrophobic job to put it in. Make sure you have safety goggles on because stuff will fall on your face from above. An extra pair of hands is helpful too.

good mid level kitrchen faucet
excellent mid priced kitchen faucet. it has all the desirable features: pull out, single handle control and multi-spray vs full flow toggle. the faucet installation is well thought out, a intermediate handiman skill level can easily handle install, all tools for under counter mount are included. the body is not solid metal like a leading brand but it is well finished and is more than adequate for the function. A definite pleaser for any kitchen user.

Well built, easy installation.
I was concerned about the plate that would cover two holes as my former faucet had an extra hole for the pull out rinser. The plate covered both holes and seated perfectly centered. I didn't need the use of a special tool to secure the main bolt. They have a plate with screws to prevent loosening of the faucet shaft. I bought two new hoses that fit perfectly (from any hardware store) and voila my new faucet ready to use. Its been several weeks its been installed and so far, no complaints at all. Its a A+ for us.

Very Well Made and Looks Great
Thought we were taking a chance on quality because of the low price. Great product at any price! Solid and heavy (as opposed to cheap and light). The handle fits well in its base unlike our previous more expensive Moen. The shower flow is very strong. Lateral movement is very fluid (no pun intended). I have confidence it will not turn yellow like our previous Moen.

Save money and time, select another faucet
Finally got to installing this after renovations. Immediately, the Faucet leaks badly at the main center block under the sink. Swingarm is very loose and leaks at the stem also. Substandard quality even for this price. Will now have to uninstall and purchase another (past the return window). Since this is the first pfister faucet and such a bad product will most likely not buy pfister brand again. Operationally, the spray function needs to be reselected each time you turn on the faucet..such a pita.
