La poignée à levier contrôle à la fois le volume et la température en un seul mouvement. La rotation de la poignée vers l'avant uniquement signifie que ce robinet de cuisine est compatible avec les dosserets fermés. La tête de pulvérisation rétractable peut être détachée et étendue pour atteindre n'importe quelle zone de l'évier. Excellent customer support

I bought mine in October of 2015. Recently it got stuck in sprayer mode, which I think is a common issue with this faucet. I called Customer Support and they couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with. Since I had the installation guide, I knew the part I needed and being under warranty they are sending it to me within a week. It is a lovely looking faucet. I should note, that I didn't use the sprayer that much so it really should have lasted longer than it did.

Great combination of look and functionality!

I've had the Pfister Lita faucet installed for a week and so far it's everything that it has been advertised to be. First it arrived in a very timely fashion. I originally ordered it in a polished nickel which ended up looking more like chrome. After a hassle free return and reorder of the faucet in the stainless steel finish, our plumber did the install. Since I'm not a professional plumber, I can't truly speak to the ease of installation, but let's say he didn't complain and the task didn't take him long, which we were all happy about. He even commented on how attractive yet sturdy the faucet was. It's quite weighty and the spray feature securely snaps and holds into place. So far the only drawback (if you can call it that) , is that this model does not come in a no fingerprint finish, even though the stainless finish is sleek and good looking. This purchase has definitely been an excellent one for the money!

The faucet is somewhat difficult to pull out of the handle and also the soap container is VERY difficult to refill. You have to unscrew it from under the sink. My past soap dispensers could be refilled from above. If I had known this I would have picked a different faucet as there are so many and I could have easily found one that did not have this challenge. The aesthetic is very nice and it is easy to change the stream options on the faucet.

Buy with confidence

What a perfectly engineered product. Sleek and functional. I have owned other Pfister products in the past and they all have lived up to my expectations. One thing I will advise people about is the weight used to return the movable spray head is very heavy and you have to have a clear area beneath the sink for it to hang freely. I actually just put a piece of plastic to help guide it away from the normal plumbing pipes so it would not get caught on anything. So for a 30 cent piece of plastic, I give this 5 stars.

Looks great, works terribly, break easily.

Purchased this faucet for a high-end kitchen remodel. Visually, the faucet is exactly what I was looking for and the price was reasonable. However, I think I've determined why it isn't more expensive. There are two major issues. First, the dual-mode sprayer is supposed to go back to aerator mode (normal) when you push the button or when you turn on the water and turn it back on. 80% of the time, however, the faucet will stick in shower mode. Neither pushing the aerator button nor turning off the water will return it to normal mode. The only thing that works is to use your fingernail on the side of the rubber button to lever it back out. Second, the soap dispenser broke off at the top of the pump mechanism within a couple of weeks after installation. Looking at the design, there is this large mechanism on the top with only a 3/8" or 7/16" plastic tube as a supporting mechanism. We have another, second, soap dispenser at the same sink for hand soap, and it has a much more robust support mechanism so that the pump tube is not the only thing keeping you from breaking it through normal pumping action.

The color doesn't match the photos at all!

The whole reason why I bought the faucet is because of the brushed gold / Light gold that you see in the photos, in reality the faucet is a lot darker than the photos, so if you are going for a light gold like i did, this is not it!

Love this faucet!

We installed the faucet and the soap dispenser without the deck plate. Love the way it looks, the water flow, the handle, and the pull down water sprayer comes out and retracts easily- it fits in snuggly so you don't have to worry about it hanging down loose. It's also tall enough above the sink so you can get large pots in without it being in the way. Can't comment about the installation, as we had a plumber do it.

Worth the money

Terrific faucet, looks great, works like a charm with one tiny exception..it's difficult to keep the spray function on at low flow rates unless the 'spray' button is held down.
