the little provided cap is all you need to thoroughly clean your clothes. Whites come out whiter and as others have mentioned no residue i'll be buying this brand again small compact box too and you get over 100 washes out of

No residual soap left
Have tried several HE detergents (Persil, Kirkland and Gain) and I noticed at the end of my washing cycle, the washer was draining soapy water. This is even after putting in a small amount of detergent and extra rinse cycle. Using this detergent, the clothes come out clean and no soapy water at the end of my cycle. Another added benefit was the drain line did not smell of mold. I can only assume that the detergent was not draining completely before with the other detergents and now it does.

We Hope This Review Will Save At Least One Person Some Frustration
When our piece of Chinese-made piece of junk 4 year old HE LG washing machine died, we replaced it with a Speed Queen. The Speed Queen pumped out suds at the end of the spin cycle that overflowed the drain (the drain is clean, we also tried 2 other brands of detergent). We called Speed Queen. They said that the overflow was because our clothes were full of residual soap from the "HE" LG washer. They were right. This Equator detergent is low-sudsing, cleans great, has no perfumes and rinses clean without pumping out suds at the end of the spin cycle. I share this experience because I understand that many HE washers ( not just LG) using the latest and greatest concentrated HE detergents (Tide, Persil etc.) leave residual detergent in the wash load. If you itch or skin feels tingly, like you are being stung by tiny bees, then you may be suffering from a reaction to detergent left in your clothing (as we did). Give this Equator detergent a shot. We think you will like it. Clean clothes; perfect!

Great soap which I've been using for over 8 years and keep reordering. Others have ordered because I've giving them some to try and they liked it as well. Low suds high cleaning power. Dissolves well. Does not bleach colors. Cost effective as you use so little to do so much.

Great Detergent for Front Loading Washing Machines!
EQUATOR Low Sudsing Biodegradable Laundry Detergent is a great detergent for your front loading washing machine. I have used this detergent for about 8 years and am extremely satisfied with it! It cleans your clothes and doesn't leave a perfume smell on them. I use it in my Bosch washing machine that I have had since 2000. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
