Love the grips. Plus, mine came as a full kit. Excellent value.

My husband is the golfer in the family so this is his take on the Karma V-Cord grips: Golf club grips are such a personal preference. What feels right to one will be uncomfortable to others. Some like cord grips, some don't. Generally, my complaint about cord grips is they are often too rough. Hard on your hands and golf glove. Not so with these Karma V-Cords. That's what I like about them. The cord half has good traction without being too abrasive. The bottom half (the one closest to the golf head) is patterned rubber without any cord. I like that feel. Sometimes I play with a glove, sometimes not. These worked equally well either way. I have not had the opportunity to try them in wet or very cold conditions so can't comment on that yet. Another crucial factor is how well they hold up over time. Does the rubber get slick, hard and slippery? Only time will tell. I generally get a couple of seasons (or more) on each set of grips so I really hope these perform. Even though they are listed as "standard" size, I found them to be a smaller diameter from top to bottom than the other big brand "standard" grips I have. A couple wraps of tape on the shaft fixed that. I currently didn't see these offered in a mid size so I'll look for that next time. They come in black, blue and red. Although the description says it does not contain grip tape or solvent, mine did. It also came with the rubber shaft holder for a vise. A very good price for 13 grips, especially if you get the full kit.

A very nice grip with a solid feel.

This is my second favorite grip. It has a very active gripping area. My favorite is a tackier finish from Golf Pride. But I've used this style for many years on my woods. This version has a slightly tackier finish putting it very close to the Golf Pride grips. Regripping is a little easier with this product as it is stiffer and doesn't fold on itself. They have made the cord section of the grip a little more blister friendly in this product by softening the rubber more than other products that I've used in the past. All in all a very nice alternative to the Golf Pride.
