ok for low price

This product can somewhat work depending on what back issues you have. I needed something to push my shoulders back and this works only if I keep repositioning the straps, they obviously don't stay on my shoulders since I need to move and do things. It somewhat helps my upper back. Unfortunately the straps rub my skin, the only way it is not bothersome is if I wear something thicker underneath or I have to wrap the straps (for instance with washcloths) if I wear sleeveless tops or thin shirts. I'll keep this for the low price, but these racer back posture correctors don't work for me well.

Posture corrector

This adjustable posture corrector seems to help keep my back straight. It is a little uncomfortable around the armpits though.

Poor shipping method

First thing to mention is the shipping on this item was not handled well. This package was in the typical zip-top closure bag that many of the fabric items I get from Amazon are packaged in, but that was it. No box or securely closed envelope of any kind. They just put a shipping label on the garment bag and sent it on its way. There was absolutely nothing but personal integrity to prevent anyone who came in contact with this shipment from opening the package and doing whatever they pleased with the contents. This didn't bother me much because I did received my order in tact and I could wash the item before trying it on, but for some people this could be a really issue. As for the product itself...I am 5'9", about 240lbs, with a 37" under bust and typically wear an XL in everything, so I ordered an XL thinking it would work for me. Unfortunately, though the torso strap fits well, the shoulder straps are too large. The shoulder straps are adjustable using hook-and-loop fabric but unfortunately the loop fabric section does not go up far enough for this to work for me. I feel like this could work and be comfortable to wear for an extended amount of time if it could be tightened enough in the arms. But the way it is currently it does absolutely nothing to prevent slouching and improve posture.

Works; fits a little big.

This device does work, it does fit a little big. I thought I'd be an XL, but I should have probably purchased a large. I do have large breasts (a G, which used to be classified as a DD), which the device fits under, but the elastics that go around the shoulders were a little long. I couldn't tighten the straps enough, which is important to pull your shoulders up and back to correct posture. The material is light, not stiff and stretchy. I would suggest using it for short periods at first and working up to more wearing time daily, because it does get uncomfortable, especially under the breasts and in the front of the shoulder area/axillae (armpits). I recommend this product.

Much Too Small

My husband typically wears a size XL. He is 6'1" with an athletic build and a 48-inch chest. We ordered Size XL. Unfortunately, it was much too small. The material is on the light side and there is not enough padding under the armpits. It's just not comfortable enough to wear for any period of time. I am not sure how to discern the correct size because some reviewers say the fit is too large and others say that the fit is too small. The XL is currently priced at $20.93 which seems a little too high for the quality level.

Works well but…

I feel like this works well but I wish there was more padding in the armpit area it was digging a little into my armpits. I also accidentally ordered the wrong size I ordered Small instead of Medium so that could attribute to it being a little uncomfortable. For the men order a size up I feel like this is sized more for women. This did make my shoulders stay back though so I will keep using it’s not meant to wear for too long of a period anyway.

Looks good but mistakenly ordered or received petite extra large

This back support brace is what I wanted in extra large. I received PETITE extra large. I did not know there was such a thing as petite extra large. It actually fits, but does not go down as far as it should for my size. I will be returning it to get the proper extra large. Perhaps it was my mix-up; however, I see that if I click on this order, there are some places it is described as extra large and some places as petite extra large.
