Surprisingly Nice Stools

I had been searching for the right stools or chairs for my pool room, and these turned out to be them. I'm 5'11" and 160 lbs after a Thanksgiving meal and soaked, but I do have many Texas sized friends and family that may use these, so I could only consider sturdy seating for this job. I was planning on buying sport-specific, spectator chairs (you know, with built in spaces for your pool cue and beer), but any sturdy looking ones I was considering easily came in at > $400 / chair, and I didn't like the look of those cheap ones. Plus, those spectator chairs don't swivel. I rate these a five-star value based on the price I got them for... 3 of them delivered for $232. I saw them on Amazon Prime day and couldn't pass them up for this price. I was more than satisfied with what I received. The only thing I've been disappointed with so far is that they wouldn't sell me four; I could only buy three. (I'm guessing because of the ridiculously low price.) Sturdiness also gets 5 stars. So far, the largest of my friends have been able to sit on these and the stools have shown no sign of stress. The resistance on the swivel is also at, what I'd call, the perfect level. They do not spin freely nor when unintended. It takes just the right amount of effort to swivel these. For anyone that's ever lived in a house as un-level as my old house, this is great. This also gives me a since that this one is built sturdier. Comfort gets four starts because they just don't seem like the kind of stool I'd enjoy spending a lot of time in. Of course, I don't sit in these much. Obviously, I spend most of my time at the table while my opponents get more usage from these. The hard back and thin metal arm rests are what keep this from ever dreaming of a 5-star rating in this category. However, I assume anyone looking at this should realize this before they get to this part of my review. BUT, I expected this would have earned it a 3-star rating in this category. No, it gets 4 stars because the seating is super comfortable. The foot support ring is also, for me, in the perfect position. The style is also a great look, in my opinion. I like the pattern of the stamped copper coupled with the bronze frame. The spectacular price and value I got these at on Prime Day, along with the amazing, sturdy quality these appear to be and a style that suits the room well, make this an easy 5-star overall rating for me.

Beautiful, comfortable, well designed and structurally sound!

We are so impressed w these barstools! In our newly remodeled kitchen, these are definitely a favorite of our guests'! So beautiful, comfortable and crazy inexpensive!

Two years of happiness then a leg problem.

I've had these stools for nearly 2 years. Wonderful stools that my tall family can sit in and be comfortable. I get lots of compliments on these stools. They're wonderful. I would have rated them a 5 in every category but a leg on one stool recently became unattached. I have no idea how that happened but looking at the picture, maybe it wasn't welded on correctly? I don't know but I certainly don't want to throw it away. I'm going to try gorilla glue and wish for the best. Wish me luck!

Beautiful Sturdy Chairs, Bolts did not fit arms,had to purchase to complete set up

The style , the comfort & the cost were all satisfactory. However the set up was frustrating & inconveinate. I had to go to the hardware store to pick up hex bolts for the arms for both of the chairs. The ones that were included, did not fit. i didn’t contact the company, because I didn’t have time or the energy to deal with it. I am not mistaken, absolutely capable of knowing what was needed to set up. Saying that, the chairs meet my expectations, sturdy quality & great design for the price.

Generally a good product

Strong and good looking. Functions well. Assembly is not that easy. Several pieces had to be bent into position and needed a lot of strength to hold while trying to get the screws in. Was not easy at all. Comfort is good but not for longer periods. Overall, still a good product.
