La manivelle assortie est incluse. Engrenage à vis sans fin en acier pour plus de durabilité. Construction robuste en zinc moulé sous pression avec une finition blanche. Le bras mesure 9 po du milieu du bouton de guidage au milieu de l'opérateur à manivelle lorsqu'il est fermé. Les trous de montage mesurent 3-7/8 po et 4-3/4 po au centre. Decent price and product

Decent product and price. You can get matching right and left here. The big box stores sell these but they usually don't match, different colors or styles. The price is comparable too. The only problem is (as someone else said too) is the rivet holding the slide on the end of the arm was a bit too thick, so I also had to file the rivet (or a notch in the window frame) a bit to get it to fit through the window frame. Being 60 year old items if you clean the frame and lube the slides the operator works as is should and seems reasonably tight. Yes it is cheap hardware but what isn't compared to 60 years old hardware.

The handles fit loosely and they painted the set screws

You get what you pay for. These are very reasonably priced, which is why they still get 3 stars. I bought around 20 of these. The handles fit loosely because of where the set screw is positioned. Also, the set screws are pre-screwed in and painted. I stripped several of them just trying to remove them the first time to attach the handles. I ended up having to drill one out. Another handle stripped soon after installation, so I had to purchase a replacement handle. For $9 these are still worth it, but expect to put some work into getting them installed correctly. You might choose to buy a few extra to account for the problems you're likely to have on some of them.

A PERFECT FIT FOR AWNING WINDOWS!

I replaced about a half dozen of awning windows operators on an older house I own and they are the perfect fit as advertised. Didn't think I could find replacement parts for windows that are over 60 years old.

Broke within a few months

Was very rough from the very beginning, when you crank it there's a lot of friction and NOT smooth. it broke within a few months. Waste of money

Ok internal quality, but handle manufactured badly

This product is better build quality that the crappy crank that was used in my condo's window. It's very sturdy in comparison and opens smoothly. I had a bit of trouble attaching it as the crank mechanism assumes you will be screwing in the crank into something on the inside. This was not true for my condo window. It expects to be screwed in from the outside. I managed to get around the issue by using some machine screws and a nut to hold the new crank in place. The worst thing about this crank is that they powder coated the screw that is used to tighten the handle onto the gear. As others have mentioned you can't use a screwdriver to open it. You will either need to file it down on the inside or drill it out like I did. The handle will fit after this but then you have no way to tighten it so that it doesn't fall off.
