Heat gun helps with install.
Worked nearly perfect on my 1972 camper trailer windows. The only other place I could find it, was selling it for over $1US per foot. My advice for using this stuff: first, find the oldest man at your local small-town hardware store, and ask him how you use it. Home depot employees have most likely never even seen this before. Second, a small dab of clear silicone at each end of your seal, hold it onto the window with painters tape for it to dry, and be careful NOT to stretch it. Once it's on there, carefully warm up the corners with a heat gun. This will shrink it to the edge. If you stretched on the previous step, it will show tears at the corners. If there's any tears, start over. Lastly, a few drops of dish soap will help you install it into the frame.
