I love the orb extreme. Use on floor or on wall. Find that nasty spot and push on it and roll around it. Wonderful!

Good size for hitting the right pressure points

Great for suboccipitals

Use my larger one for hips, low back all the time; this mini one works perfect for smaller areas like suboccipitals without pulling on my hair like racquet balls do. Love that these are so easy to travel with too!

Saved my back

Gets into the muscles

Sometimes it’s hard to get deep into a muscle using a foam roll. The Orb does the trick on my calves and hammies. Definitely recommend this product for getting those difficult muscle knots out.

Amazing

Nubs are relatively soft but the ball it self is very close to lacrosse ball firmness. It has a bit of a glossy finish in comparison to a lacrosse ball but haven't found any issue of it sliding around. It's been awesome so far!

Works great, doesn't flatten!

Super dense foam massage ball that really helped me with tight Achilles and hamstring pain. Used it up against a wall or lying down and it did a great job in both cases. Also very useful for neck and shoulder pain as well. Highly recommend!
