Wet upon arrival

The shorts came with tags and they are a nice light to medium weight fabric. I would have no concerns if they had arrived dry. Although the outside of the package is all dry, the main package was wet inside and the clear bag around the shorts was wet, almost like condensation. The shorts feel damp all over. You can see it clearly in the photos in the crotch area. I’m waiting to see if this is going to leave a stain. We will likely return for a new pair.
