Great for keeping debris out of the pool during the season

Our pool is surrounded by two very large oak trees. We run our pool cleaner daily to keep leaves, acorns, etc from staining the plaster. We had planned a trip to Europe for two weeks and were looking for a way to keep the pool clean. We purchased this leaf net and laid it over the surface of the pool. We attached it to the grommets for the regular winter cover via some small ropes and stones. Our pool was immaculate when we came home. While this may not be a standard use of the leaf net , it worked extremely well for this purpose. We have continued to leave it over the pool as it appears with the wet weather, leaves are falling at a faster rate than normal.

Using it to cover our pool during the fall and will be removed once the leaves are done doing their thing. We pulled it taunt and across the pool and it is doing a pretty good job. I am using d=some landscaping spikes and some clothesline rope and it is doing the trick. The 4 stars are due to the loops coming off the net tore on about three of them.

Light!

Great for keeping leaves off pool. Using instead of solar cover since it's much easier to put on and remove. Mesh is a bit large for small thin leaves/needles (about .06"x.12"). Tends to float on top of water, so very easy to scoop debris off. Can see bottom of pool so you know if vacuuming is needed. Will buy one with tighter mesh once this fails.

Small Debris Passes Easily

The Robelle premium leaf cover does a good job of doing just that, keeping out leaves. Positive: The lead net was just the right size as I measured the pool before ordering and it does a great job of having extra room to allow the weigh downs to keep it from falling in the pool. I used those double water tubes about 10 of them. I had to pull it up some about every other week as it would slowly start to drift into the pool. Overall, did a decent job. Negative: Some would say this deserves a five star review but I am going to give it only three because after I reopened the pool cover as the leaves have stopped falling I noticed that the bottom of the pool was covered with the small particles. These particles were about a half an inch and smaller and made cleaning my pool a living nightmare. I would suggest making sure to have a tarp or solid cover underneath this product to make sure no debris gets into the pool.

Use this instead of a cover

So far so good. I’m using this instead of a cover. It doesn’t blow around in high wind and it keeps the leaves out. That’s all I need.

Great pool cover for great price!

We purchased this pool cover to keep the Fall leaves out of the pool, and we also purchased the linear water weights to hold the cover down. Our pool is 16'X35' with curvy shaping so this cover was large enough to cover that size with odd shape & fountain easily. Serves its purpose well.

It's looking like it's going to work...

...but I've only just installed it on my pool; I'll let you know how it worked next year. When ordering, be careful to make sure that you get the right size. The specifications include the pool size and the actual net total size; don't get them mixed up. I misread the specification about the water tubes to hold the net down. I thought the net came with them, but it didn't. My bad, because I didn't read it properly. The tubes cost me an additional $200. However, if the net works as advertised then it will be worth it not having to spend countless hours fishing leaves off the pool cover (and I don't have a single tree in my yard!).

Very poor quality

I paid approx 170$ for this. The plastic net is so thin,it would probably cost them less than 10$ to make it. Couldn’t them make it thick enough so it is not so flimsy,and will not last in the sun or the wind very long. Stop buying things on amazon in the future.If you can’t see what you buy,don’t go ahead. Regards
