No more drips
Product working fine .Amazon had these ready and waiting so I ordered them so I didn't have to go out to big box stores who claim they carry them but are always out of stock. Simple cheap fix for a very annoying problem! Make sure they "seat" properly use plenty of silicone grease, make sure they are aligned properly..@ first after installation I still had a leak..but after about three turns of the faucet it stopped,I must have had it a little off. No leakage now for months..I bought a few sets for future and another faucet too.

Fix your faucet leak. You need this.
This pairs with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00002N95W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 , a stem replacement. Glad I saw this was really a required part that might need to be replaced on its own, but definitely when you change stems. A quick project to save you from an expensive plumber bill.

Perfect for Delta Faucets
What's to say? You either need this because your faucet is leaking or you don't. This was a genuine part so it fit perfectly. It's always worth going with the delta products on the delta faucets instead of the knock offs. 5 minute fix and no more drips.

Worked like a charm for Peerless widespread faucet
Bought aftermarket stem, seat, and spring at HD for leaking hot water faucet. What a mistake... Multiple trips to HD buying random products. In the end, OEM Delta parts (including this one) worked for my Peerless faucet (Peerless is a Delta brand). I got a Delta stem from HD but the aftermarket seat I bought slightly tore and the faucet was leaking again within a day. It came with a stiffer spring and the rubber flared too much at the bottom to make it an easy fit. These Delta seats and springs are way better and matched the originals. I'm so relieved! Buying OEM for valve parts from now on...

Replace Both The Seats And Cartridges When Servicing Your Delta Faucet !
After reading the reviews for several non-OEM seats & springs for Delta faucets, we decided to spend a little more on these genuine Delta parts. We received them in retail packaging, not the bulk parts in a plastic bag that other reviewers have mentioned. We originally replaced just the RP4993 seats in our Delta lavatory two-handle faucet, but new seats did not stop the hot and cold water from dripping, so we also replaced the RP1740 cartridges, which fixed the problem. The original cartridges appeared to be in perfect condition, but when comparing them to the replacement cartridges, we noticed that the crescent ???? shaped opening in the stainless steel plates on the bottom of the cartridges were slightly larger on the original parts. Hard to believe, but apparently, years of water running through the cartridge does erode the opening in the plate a bit, enough for water to get past the lip of the rubber seats. Save yourself the headache, and replace both the seats AND cartridges if your Delta faucet is leaking.

Genuine Delta Part
My seat and springs came in a genuine Delta package made in the USA. There have been some reviews stating they received their seat and springs in a small plastic bag with no identification. The seat and springs I received fit perfectly in my Delta bathroom faucet, but when I took it apart, I noticed one of the stem unit assembly - or cartridge as some people call them - had a small score in the stainless steel disc which contributed to the damage on the seat. By just replacing the seat and springs, it did stop most of the leak for now, but I went back and just ordered the stem assemblies so I could replace them. It should be noted, however, I just went back to order the same seat and springs and they have now made it an "add-on" item. Also, it states they are imported and made in China. So I am not sure what I will receive. The first time I ordered the seat and springs from this seller, they were Prime. I only ordered them again as I was purchasing the stem assemblies also so the "add-on" item didn't make a difference. However, if I was just needing the seat and springs, I would not have been able to purchase them from this seller.

Easy to install if you have correct tools
I purchased two of these to fix leaking Delta bath faucets. The only difficult part is removing the nut that holds the ball valve in. A large smooth sided adjustable wrench or smooth jawed slip-joint pliers would work well. Search online for some good videos on the process.

It’s Delta
I was concerned that the products would not be genuine Delta. But they are. I found that would be better to put a bit of grease to help with the installation of the valve. so these are replacement for ones I replaced about two years ago Which were not seated properly by me.

Delta Victorian #3555 bathroom 2 handle faucet leaking
I have a 2004 Delta Two Handle Bathroom Faucet Victorian Collection model #3555. Not be confused with the newer model 35955. The HW tap was leaking from under the bell of the handle when the CW tap was turned on. I suspected I needed to change out the stem cartridge and seal/spring give the age of the faucet. So, I just did both as opposed to testing each separately. Tracking down the parts was somewhat easy once I identified the faucet model, however, I did run into problems which I will get to in a second. YOU NEED TO BE VERY SPECIFIC AS TO THE DELTA MODEL NUMBER AND YEAR. Even though the Victorian model looks exactly the same through the 2000’s, the replacement part numbers can be different. I found this out when I ordered what I thought to believe was the correct seat/spring #RP10700. When in fact, it was the RP4993. For my faucet, 2004 #3555 STEM/CARTRIDGE: RP 24096 (this is mostly consistent across most of the #3555 years) SEAT/SPRING: RP 4993 (this in NOT consistent across many of the #3555 and depends upon year) I ordered from Amazon and Delta parts, not knockoffs. RP 25513. This includes ONE Stem/Cartridge (RP24096) plus the ¼ turn stop (RP24097). RP 8230. This includes ONE Stem/Cartridge (RP24096) plus the seat/spring (RP10700) So, looking at all the costs, I ordered Qty 2 of the RP25513 plus Qty 1 of the RP10700 (2 seats & springs). PROBLEM: When I changed everything out (HW only as CW was fine), the leaking stopped BUT the faucet started dripping when I turned on the HW supply valve. After “googling” the problem, the issue was likely the Seat/Spring. I had ordered the incorrect part RP10700 when in fact the RP4993 was needed. Interesting enough, when I removed the original, the seat spring I pulled out looked to be the RP10700. When I checked the CW tap, after the fact, the seat/spring appeared to be the RP4993, so I took a chance and ordered it. Voila, it was the right part and both the leaking and dripping has stopped and I’m done!!

Took a bit of time for delivery to the UK ...
Took a bit of time for delivery to the UK, which is understandable given it came all the way from US. Fitted perfectly and resolved the leaking tap, exemplary product.
