All shiny chrome-looking plastic except the main handle. Does not match Trinsic sink faucet.

Cheap looking and does not match the stainless finish in the faucet for bathroom sick. Very disappointing, Delta. Some MBA right out of school decided that no one would care about the feel and quality of the bathtub/shower hardware? Lesson learned, do not buy ancillary items like towel and toilet paper holders until confirming that the plumbing fixtures are satisfactory. I will now have to send them all back and start over. Delta is also disappointing that in many cases the finishes available in the bathroom sink faucet are not available the tub/shower. My contractor prefers Delta for interchangeability of the working parts, but there sure is nothing easy about the process the consumer has to go through trying to find something that looks good on the outside in every section of the bathroom.

Shower head looks nice, but is plastic

Ok plumber just installed the shower head and I went to adjust the shower head and the adjuster just broke off!! Shower head looks nice, but is plastic. I thought for almost $400 it would last. Do not buy.
