Well made shoe…heel too high
This is a beautifully constructed shoe, and worth the price in terms of materials and craftsmanship. The problem I ran into, and a general problem with Amazon shoe descriptions is the absence of heel height. I was specifically looking for a dress pump with a height of 2 inches or less, because that is the max I can comfortably wear. I had to rely on reviews and responses to a question I posted. I was lead to believe they had a 2” heel, but in truth they are more like 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 high…had to return them. That 1/2 inch makes all the difference! Amazon could save a lot of UPS costs and customer frustration by simply insisting that an accurate heel height description is given for each shoe they sell.

The Rockport heels are very comfortable.
I like the comfort especially that provided by the insole. Overall well fitting shoe, true to size. The shape of the toe also makes them comfortable, as they mimic the real shape of our feet. I was disappointed with the scuff marks and faint, white powder looking substance found around outside surface of shoes. Almost returned them for those reasons, but I like the comfort level and so I'll work on buffing them out.

Great comfort and fit
These shoes are very comfortable. Well made as expected from Rockport. The heel was just the right height, not too high.

The hunt for the most comfortable black pump
I have been hunting for a comfortable and stylish black pump shoe for work. I stand and lecture and walk across campus several times a day. By the time I'm headed home, my feet have been through the wringer. I read the reviews on this shoe and decided it was worth a try. What sold me was that I could easily return them. The box arrived with return packaging which was a plus. After wearing them all day, I must say they are the most comfortable black pumps I have worn (and I have four other pairs that are other brands that hurt after a full day wearing them). By the end of the day, they were a bit snug near the toes, however, they are leather which means they are going to mold to my feet. I was prepared to send these back if I didn't find them comfortable after my first day of wearing them. But am happy to report I will be keeping them and tossing my others!

Beautiful comfortable shoe
Beautiful comfortable shoes…shipping was quite a dissatisfaction. The box inside the bag looked like a shredder had attacked it. Once the suede of the shoes was brushed off, the shoes are presentable.

These Run Large
These shoes were made with good quality. There was plenty of padding. However, they were a size too large. I could walk right out of them. I wear a size 5, so I could not size down.

Looks like slightly used
I got this shoes looks like slightly used or returned items sticky inside at the side there is a scratch on the side of the heels I just don’t have time to return and need to leave for training So sad

Not natural leather
It’s not made of leather and the coating is plastic that peels off when coming in contact with surface.

Well made product
I liked the fact that the product fit well, made of great material, and is comfortable. Also, I liked the height of the heel.
