Disappointed with scratches

Fit great in size. Very comfortable. Scratches on several places on both shoes. Tissue was wrinkled and not on the shoes. Shoes were laced up as if someone had them before.

Insanely comfortable, but squeaks louldly

Wonderful walk-all-day shoes, which is what I expect from Rockport. They benefit, however, from replacement insoles with better arch support. The only real downside is that they squeak loudly from something internal. You're not going to sneak up on anyone while wearing these shoes, they are loud enough to overpower tour guides in museums and the like. Also, the front "bumper" that's part of the sole looks like it is likely to come unglued before the rest of the shoe fails or wears out. Still, very happy with my purchase.

These are narrow shoes.

I need wide shoes. I thought these would be wider. I had to return them because they were too narrow. Otherwise, the build quality is what you would expect from Rockport. They looked good, although I did not like the rather pointy tip.

Just what I was looking for

It's a good looking, good fitting, very comfortable show. Maybe it's just me, but the bright white soles on many are starting starting to look out of fashion a little. The soles on these look just right; not to light, not too dark.

Good quality for price

Decent value for the money. Nice leather feel, good looking outer 'skin', size seems true, in my case the size 9, regular width fit nicely, and overall, gives decent support and comfort. While this is no $150 dollar shoe, IMO it's modest price and overall quality and comfort makes it a good value in my book.

Roomy and comfy

I have xtra wide feet and tend to buy 12 extra wide or 4E even though I'm much closer to an 11.5, because most brands are not wide enough and I need the extra room. These Rockports are true 12 wide. They are a bit too long but that is because I bought them based on my fit of other brands. Will buy another pair of these in a different color and go 11.5. Very comfortable walking and standing up for extended periods of time (I lecture standing up). Good blend of casual, stylish with elegance.

Nice, stable shoe.

Good looking, very “substantial” walking shoe. I need to break them in more - the first time I wore them I walked 4 miles and got a blister.

Rockport quality and design

Well-crafted, comfortable shoes. What I like about Rockport is their shoes don’t shout; they’re under-stated everyman shoes, suitable for any occasion. I highly reconmend!
