So-so

First regarding sizing: I read all the reviews and saw all the complaints about how small and tight this costume is, but I didn't find it so small at all. I'm 5'6", 142 lbs, very slim build, usually a small to medium. I went with a large and found it to be ... well, large. Unstretched waist is 40" around, inseam is 33", sleeve length is 26" from shoulder seam to wrist. The cape is 44". I'd say the size chart is accurate. This large would probably fit someone 5'8" or so. The costume itself is fair: it's a one-sy that ties behind the neck, the cape just ties around the front and is not attached to the body of the costume. The "boots" are foam rubber, also sewn on. The fabric is the standard 100% polyester like any costume you'd buy at the store. The red "brief" is sewn into the one-sy and doesn't quite look good, it bends in weird ways. Overall, I'd say it's okay for a party where everyone gets drunk and just wants to have fun.

Don’t recommend

Got this for Halloween and couldn’t wear it out. The costume was the correct size and fit my husband like it was a size medium. He couldn’t even feel some what comfortable in it. Don’t recommend.

Needs to be reworked

To make this work, your gunna need to get a pair of red swimming trunks to put on over it. And wear pants and a blue shirt to make sure your comfortable. If you put this on bare, you’ll rip your balls off.

Nice costume if you are below average in stature

This item comes directly from Amazon, which is a plus. As for the product, unfortunately, if you have a Superman type body, this item will not fit. I ordered my size according to the chart, but it is definitely suited for slim individuals as opposed to athletic individuals. If you are slim, then you still may have a problem if you are tall. the 33" inseam does not have much give since it is a tight jumpsuit... if you wear a 33" inseam or longer this will not work for you, and you will end up showing off more than you care! I am about 6'2"; and an athletic 230lbs, the large was too small and the XL was too big in the belly and sleeves. However, if you are of average height and body weight, it should work well for you!

Typically men's costume for a nonman

I am a nonbinary person. I didn't want to wear a skirt. Typically women's clothing or feminine clothing is just that...a skirt. But it fits better on my body type. This costume is made for masculine bodies. The reviews were bad so I was skeptical. However, it fit perfect on the bottom (size small) and a little big in the arms area. A five minute sewing job and pair of scissors to fix the length past my wrists took care of the issue. It was perfecttttt.

For short thin people.

My boyfriend and I had to cut between the legs to allow this costume to stretch more then I made him red undies to cover up the huge hole. He is 6'3 with an athletic build. He received many compliments but we had to make adjustments because length wise it was too small.

Worked well for how we used it.

This may sound a bit unusual, but we shredded the costume and put it on a green skeleton with some rocks painted like Kryptonite, surrounded by black lights. It was great!

Fun Superman Costume.

My husband is 6'/165 lbs with average proportions. We were concerned with the reviews. It was slightly tight/pulling in the crotch area, but doable. If he were any taller or had a longer torso, it may not work. If you are shorter, should not be an issue.

Great fun

I bought the large but it went up so high in my privates that I couldn't wear it. Male cameltoe......I didn't even know it existed until I put this Superman Suit on. It is definitely not TTS.

Do not buy unless you want people.to.know how big you package is. My husband usually wears a medium and bought a xlarge and it was like wear a tight jump suit lol
