Best grocery bag!

This is the best grocery bag you can get in my opinion. Has some insulation. Easy to clean inside, padded straps, large volume. I also use it for taking cooked dishes to friends houses or throwing all my stuff into for an overnight trip. Use it for food when going on car trips. I love it.

So practical and versatile! Holds a LOT!

I use this bag often, for lunches on the go with my family, for shopping, and for carting potluck dishes to church in it. I had a similar bag from Sam's Club that my Dad bought for me several years ago. I wore that one out after very heavy use. This replacement is almost exactly the same, but it is much lighter and seems less sturdy. That's not to say that the Rachael Ray tote is poor quality, but it doesn't look like it will last as long as the other one I had. It comes with instructions on how best to use it, and I think the tips are worth reading to get your best use out of the tote. It is big enough to easily fit sandwiches, sides, and drinks for our family of 6 in it for an outing. I love to use the outer pocket for napkins or other necessities. The design is fabulous, just like my original. It is made so you can hook one of the straps down out of the way, slide the other strap down a bit to carry things horizontally--like a thermal pizza carrier. You could probably fit 3 extra large pizza boxes in the bag. I am planning to buy another one in the near future in case it becomes no longer available. I really don't want to be without one! ***update***The zipper has already broken on my tote. I probably won't be purchasing another one.

Great tote and the bottom that flattens is great

I live over an hour from the store so my refrigerated items, especially meat, always need to be kept cold. I've tried coolers because I couldn't find a tote that didn't leak. Coolers are bulky and you have to put ice in them. I've bought a few different kinds of insulated bags before Rachaels, but the difference in hers is that it is made very well. It has a small zippered pocket on the sides, it folds flat when not in use, the handles are sown in well so they don't rip from the bag, no leaking, the zipper is sturdy-no ripping the zipper or tearing it away from the bag and food packs better in a tote if the bottom is flat. In other brands I've bought, the handles ripped from the bag, the zipper tore up or tore away from the fabric - not Rachaels. Last but not least, the insulation material keeps the foods cold. If its hot weather I still put a few ice packs in it, but in colder weather it stays cold for the hour plus it takes me to get my Diet coke before I head home and finally get my food put up after my hour trip. It's also the second one I've bought!

These Bags are the Best!

These bags are the best! I bought two of these because we get groceries from our favorite store 30 miles away. I brought a 20 pound bag of ice home in one of these bags and there was absolutely no melting! From 30 miles away! In 80 degree heat! Without this bag my ice is melting from just a mile away! We put meat and stuff in a clean trash bag before we put it in this bag and that helps with keeping it clean and sanitary. They are huge and fit lots of food. We are hitting 100 degrees these days and my food is still nice and cold when we get home. I store them in my car so when I have a sudden, unexpected purchase I am always ready. Some people complain about the Velcro on the bottom but I like it. My bags stick to the carpet and don't fall over. They are great for keeping watermelon safe on the drive too. I really, really like them.

The bag is great. I love that you can use it upright or on it's side for carrying wide casseroles. I gave this bag as a gift filled with about a weeks worth of homemade frozen dinners to my sister who just brought home her newborn. She was shocked at how much food fit in the bag and loved that it will serve them for many grocery trips, park outings and picnics to come. We talked for about two and a half hours before we unpacked the bag and everything was still perfectly frozen. I purchased the water proof XL Thicken picnic blanket to go with it from Amizon as well. Lily Garden had lots of colors, so I was able to get one that matched fairly well. They loved that too to double as a clean surface for baby to play on when they go visiting and don't want to lug the pack n play. As I write this, I'm thinking of buying another set for myself.

Love everything BUT the velcro strip along the bottom.

I really like the bag and it is a great size. My one complaint, and it is kind of a big deal is that there is a strip of velcro that runs along the bottom of the bag. It is used to secure the bag when it is empty and flattened down but when you ope it up the velcro sticks to everything you set the bag on, like the trunk of my car and I do not enjoy the carpet in the trunk of my car being ripped up by this bag. I have to lay plastic down underneath it. I am planning on getting strip of velcro from the store to cover it, but this is just silly. The velcro strip is not necessary to begin with.

Perfect Bag for the Food Lover!

My favorite thermal bag ever! Absolutely love the size and quality of this bag. I use it for transporting food to other homes as well as for grocery shopping. It holds so much! Folks comment on the bag all the time. I own multiples of them and highly recommend them to everyone else.

Durable, roomy, keeps things HOT

Roomy, well-defined. Can be used upright or switch the handles...and it can carry a large pizza! We prepped a full turkey dinner, complete with gravy and drove it to the hospital for a family meal. I will carry it in my car for takeout, too!

Recommend—Just Right Size

This is a nice bag: nice design, colour & size. These would make a nice gift too. Ordered a second one for hauling groceries. These have no cheap plastic in them, but are made of high quality, durable materials.

Won't need to look any further

I finally found the perfect insullated grocery tote bag. It is massive and fits all of my cold items and keeps them cold until all my errands are run. I dont understand why there is such a cost difference between the differnt colors it is available in. I would more than likely to purchase a few more of these if it were not for the high price tag.

Posee buena capacidad para transportar una cantidad sustancial de comida, refrescos, latas, y tiene una estética apta para su cometido. Lo malo es que en México se consiguen opciones más baratas, del mismo tamaño, con mayor resistencia para almacenar elementos más pesados o para retener elementos que tensen las paredes interiores. Está bien si solo buscas una bolsa para llevar tus bebidas en un día de campo y que mantengan cierta temperatura, pero hasta ahi.
