Way out of tolerance but great customer service.

Ordered two dozen, 13 arrows were way out of tolerance. These are more like .008-.009. However the company immediately got back to me and each email was responded to very quickly. Company fixed all issues very fast. Will continue with gold tip in future!

Damaged knocks

This was a Christmas gift for my son. Since I am not an arrow expert, I had no idea that the knocks had been crushed and bent. Luckily, he has some extras and can replace them himself.

I ordered 2 packages of these arrows traditionally they have been great. Shafts were out of spec, returned both of them however the vendor only gave me credit for returning one package. Will never buy from them again.

Much better than Easton Axis

Great arrow. Performs much better than the Easton Axis and the accessories are of the good tolerance that fit snug and don't loosen with use.
