Works good but makes light noise

It is a beautiful fake candle but when I am sitting next to it, I hear a faint squeaking noise. I do have sensitive ears but I was struggling to find where the sound was coming from until I put my ear next to the candle. Turned it off and the sound went away. Once I realized there were no mice in my wall, I was able to enjoy the candle a bit more. Not sure if mine is a little wonky but heads up for the people with ears that are sensitive to noise.

Great product!

I used this candle in a lantern that I used as the centerpiece of a table for a tea that was held at our church. Obviously, it was much safer than using a real candle. It looks very realistic and I loved that I could turn it on or off with the remote control rather having to open the lantern door and disturbing the whole centerpiece.

Best Faux flickering candle ever!

I should have taken a video but I gave this as a gift so I do not have it anymore. The remote was great! Has lots of functions too!! It really flickers and moves like a real flame! It's awesome!! I hade to add a battery but no big deal. Oh and it actually feels like wax is on the outside if it! If you're not careful it will actually put scratches on intentions like real wax too. I think there might be an actual coating on there lol. I'll definitely be buying myself some since this was a gift.

Daisy’s Eternal Flame

My best friend of 16+ years went to sleep peacefully on Christmas Eve and this flame burns every waking moment we had and will always have. It’s a beautiful 99.9% realistic candle that gives me comfort next to her urn as if she’s still here. The remote is great and keeps me from fumbling with the switch and possibly dropping the candle. It’s as realistic as one would want. This is my second purchase of a new candle but the first was for her mom in another city and a used one was shipped instead by Amazon and Amazon customer service has done nothing to compensate me after two requests.

Competition gives more features as prices lower! I have purchased 2 different brands before(yearly outside & year-round does wear them ALL out)& I am impressed by at the same price point, I now am offered a remote!

Winner!

I tried out four different candles before choosing this one as the winner. I was looking for 4 x 10, real wax, unscented candle with a flickering flame and remote control. Several candles have those features, but the moving flame, the brightness control, and the timer options (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 hour) are what sold me. The only things that would make this candle any better would be a "burnt" wick and a timer option on the candle's control switch. However, I purchased two candles, each with its own remote control, so if something happens to one of the remotes, I still have the other one. Either remote works for both candles.

The Instructions are vague.

The candle looks nice, but the instructions on it use and the remote are not well written and vague. A bit expensive. The “flame” moves and flickers as advertised.

My remote is uncontrolable . My candle turned on while I was on vacation and ran batteries down. I have tried in vain to reach the maker of Softflame candles, for a new instruction pamphlet. Can anyone help me with a Softflame remote instruction pamphlet?
