Worked perfect for my needs. Only "issue" is it has screw holes that I didn't need (so had to caulk) because it tightened down adequately on the supply nub.

The pipe from the wall to the shower head was always flimsy. I replaced it with this unit. Not only is it supported by it's own threads, but also the two screws. It is now a tank...

Nice one solid piece.
Solid piece, only thing I didn't realize is that you will need a small pipe to connect it to the existing plumbing. Not a big deal but something to note. It is just a solid piece and has with 1/2 threads to attach to a pipe.
