Too small

My fault i didn't notice the size. Its up to 6.5. However it should say narrow foot too cause they are TINY. Non refundable even though it says i can. So disappointed.

I have these cross trainer insoles in every single pair of shoes that I own

These are the real Spenco, they are not knock offs as some items are on Amazon. They are the same insoles that I used to buy in another state and a shoe specialties shop. I have a pair of these Spenco crosstrainers for every pair of shoes that I own, even my winter boots. I would not go without them. I have a Lot of pain in my feet and I cannot imagine wearing a pair of shoes without them. These are the best ever.

Great for people who are on their feet all day

My job requires me to be on my feet all day. I was having severe foot pain from plantar fasciitis and tried several different things, to no avail. My chiropractor had some of these in his office, so I tried a pair. Plantar fasciitis went away and never came back. I've bought many pairs of these over the years and now I buy them for several pairs of shoes, not just my work shoes. Couldn't live without them! The only downside is they're not cheap and, because I'm on my feet all day, I have to get new ones about every 3 months. Added note: they are washable!

Last a long time!

These inserts offer great support for a good long time. Had some in my daily walking shoes for over a year before needing to replace. I now wear them in my boots as well. Truly makes a difference!

These were recommended by a friend, who I hike with. I've had so much pain & discomfort for a few years, because of plantar fasciitis in my left foot, & some health issues that make walking & hiking difficult. I used these insoles in my hiking boots & it was a world of difference!! Comfortable, & great support!! I heard they also come in a heavy-duty brand,I will be getting more.

Amazing grace!

I am a beginner runner and have only been running for a couple months. I tried to run on different terrains but the bike path along the beach is by far my favorite. However, it's hard and some parts are uneven. My ankles and feet are starting to hurt a little bit. If I could have more padding inside my running shoes, it'd help me a lot. I was a little skeptical about these insoles at first because I couldn't try them on. After the special insoles I got from the special runner store didn't work, I decided to purchase these. These aren't really thick but after I went for a 3 mile run with them, I realized I hit the jackpot. I'm so happy with these insoles. I want to replace all my running shoe insoles with these babies!

Best insole on the market

I am a physician and used these for the workers who had to stand in safety boots all day on concrete floors. They never failed to provide relief for sore or tired feat. Helps with plantar fasciitis. Much less expensive than orthotics and usually more effective. I have a pair in every pair of shoes I have.
