Poor Freddie

OK, I’ll admit it. I bought this toy based solely on cuteness. After having a cat that would bring the real thing into the house, you can imagine why I dislike the more realistic mouse toys strewn about. I am sorry to report that Freddie, his cuteness, was tragically murdered after only two days. The perpetrator is now feasting on his polyfill entrails, which must stop so Freddie can be put to rest. In all seriousness, I feel like I should get more than two days out of a toy. The outer fabric just turned to fuzz immediately to reveal more fuzz inside. It is likely my cat ingested this stuff, which is concerning. I don’t understand why you would even manufacture such a thing.

My cats love this

I read some complaints that its not actually real wool, but in my book that is a good thing, b/c i am always doing battle with clothes moths, and i prefer it synthetic. Description should probably read 'wooly textured mouse.". whatever. Cats love these bc they stand up on firm legs, so they look more like real prey and it drives them nuts...in a good way.

I bought this for my cat because I thought it looked lifelike and would interest her. Unfortunately, it did not.

While the Cat’s Away….

The mouse will not play. I’m sorry but my cat is not interested in this toy at all. It is constructed well and looks durable. I do wonder what the issue is because normally he goes wild with anything filled with catnip.
