Works...

This is one of those products that either works or doesn't work. In this case, it works. It's a bit small, but this was intentional, as this was replacing a pull handle for a string trimmer/weed whacker as noted by the description. This is perfect for this application and works well. Build quality is much better than the OEM plastic handle that eventually cracked due to wear and exposure. This is a great replacement. If you're looking to replace a handle for a larger tool like a lawn mower, generator, etc. I would recommend a larger handle or other product suited for that application. I would recommend.

Attic Handle

We loved this, we used it for a “pull” down handle for our attic stairs . Works great and easy on your hands to use .

Works as it Should

I bought this to use with nylon rope for my pull down attic stairs. It’s now easier to grab and makes the pull down process much easier. It’s a little rubbery and doesn’t hurt your fingers under pressure. Perfect for my intended use.

Easy replacement.

It works to replace the pull tab for my 2500w generator. It was a bit tight to get the rope through but other than that easy to put on.

Get a Handle on it

A bit smaller than I would have liked (I have big mitts) but not a fault of the seller. Knotting the cord and getting the "cover" to close is a small challenge but it can be accomplished. This handle replaced the original one on a brand new lawn mower that was brittle plastic and broke the first time I pulled it and let it go.

Better than OEM!

This is a very flexible handle, thus it is rather unlikely that it will shatter as the OEM my mower had installed at the factory, the recoil spring on my Honda powered mower destroyed the original one I absolutely love the ease of installation and the inherent shock absorbency.

Dont use this for a 25hp outboard. Youll look foolish.

I put this on my newly installed starter cord. First pull on the motor at the dock and the thing flexed and the rope shot back through the handle and back into the recoil. Not big enough or strong enough to start an old 25 hp johnson. May be some user error on the rope knot.

Great size

This handle is perfect for small engines. I'm 6'5" and yes this is small in my hand but it's feels good and is made well.
