Great tees, good price

Unbreakable tees are more economical, but when the ground is very hard, which can vary from tee box to tee box, it can be impossible to get the unbreakable, plastic tees into the ground. These Stinger tees (i think they're made of bamboo) and regular wooden tees work better for hard ground. Does the ball go farther w/these tees? Mmmmmmm???? I use these because I like the feel, esp when I use just a stub for my irons. Occasionally, it takes a few attempts to balance the ball on the tee, but that's a good indicator that the ball is not level and I need to adjust the tee rather than hit a ball that's tilted forward, sideways, etc, which will affect the ball trajectory. If you like these tees, buy the 200 count rather than the one advertised w/a photo of several tees on the green AstroTurf background - including shipping, they were seven bucks for 28 tees vs these for about fifteen bucks for 200.

They still break

Unless you are playing in super lush conditions, they still break. I try to use plastic tees at the range since they last longer. I like these for the course because they are easier to stick in the ground.

Thin but strong.

I love these tees. They are thin, yet strong. Do I actually hit the ball further or straighter than thicker wooden models? Who knows, but they give me confidence that I can and that is worth a lot. Being thin, the tees are easier to get in hard summer tee boxes. They don’t bend like plastic tees and even though they are thin, the ball is easy to center on the head.

Have you ever been golfing and been frustrated with your drive? Me too. I would say that these tees haven't helped that at all, BUT....these tees are visually appealing, smooth, and sharp. I don't know that they help in any way, but I just enjoy them more than generic wood tees. They are of a high quality and fit/finish is excellent for something that you are going to throw on the ground after use even though you know you were supposed to dispose of it properly in the wire mesh box.

Love these golf tees, my husband bought them for himself but I took half. My old golf tees I broke every drive with these I can get through 9 holes no problem.
