the most important tool I own

I've owned many of these lights. unfortunately for me, I lose stuff all the time. and that's included 4 of these flashlights. common sense would dictate that I *should* be buying a cheaper flashlight if I'm going to lose them all the time, but here's the thing. I have not found a cheaper flashlight that is as well made, durable and convenient as the streamlight stinger series. I've owned the both the standard stinger and the stinger LED. I'm an auto mechanic and I need to be able to see what I'm looking at when I'm inspecting and repairing customers vehicles. it's insanely bright so I can see everything I need to, when I need to. it comes with it's own charging base so that it's always charged when I need it and it's always the first thing I grab out of my tool box. I'm sure I'll lose this one like the other ones and once again I'll purchase another one to replace it.

Tough and bright light

Bright, tough and last hours on a charge. I use mine as an automotive mechanic and the only problem I’ve had is leaving the flashlight on or in the vehicle. I’ve dropped my light too many times to count, mostly on to concrete but also into engine coolant, and never has it failed to work. It’s always ready when I need it.

Durable, Dependable, Versatile Work Light

I'm a public servant who works both nights and days, and this durable light takes plenty of abuse in all kinds of weather conditions. The low beam is great for reading documents at night, the high beam works well for both wide area illumination and narrow beam target acquisition. The strobe works well to momentarily distract a hostile individual and helps backup quickly spot you in a large crowd and helo pilots locate you in the boonies at night. I have one charger in my vehicle and one at my office so I always have a full charge, and I keep a non-LED stinger on charge as a backup.

Best Flashlight, but didn't come with the charger

I have had this flashlight for years and it works great and is super bright. I picked up two more as presents for family after receiving many compliments about it. Apparently this box is the barebones, because it only came with the flashlight and nothing more. We had to turn around and order the chargers separately. While I would suggest this flashlight for anyone, I would suggest you buy the one that comes with the chargers as well.

I love this light.

I have bought a few of these flashlights. They are super bright and seem to be durable. I have dropped them multiple times, used them in rain and snow, and left them in a car 24/7. I have had one issue with one of the rear buttons, but when I swapped it to another flashlight the problem stopped.
