Small works well as elbow/arm pads for youth Lacrosse (ages 9-10)

Was looking for elbow pads which were near impossible to find for a 10yr old boy at the time. These have worked great and are essentially elbow pads as they are designed to be centered over the elbow when worn. I guess the elbow is part of the arm but if you search arm pads for most other sports, the pads are for the forearm which is what I expected. Anyway, love STX gear for how breathable and washable they are and there is usually a good demand for used STX gear.

Good quality. Straps and elastic provide a good fit.

Began to fall apart after 3-months

Initially the arm pads looked and fit great, but after 3 months of limited use the elastic began to fray and fall apart. I contacted the manufacturer and they only warranty product for 30 days - very disappointing.

These offer great protection and they are comfortable. My son loves how they look too.
